Judge Jeanine show missing from schedule for a SECOND week fuels rumors of firing

It appears that Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro’s Saturday evening show, “Justice w/ Judge Jeanine,” will again be preempted this week by an encore showing of the FNC-produced documentary “Scandalous: The Trial of William Kennedy Smith.”

While this hasn’t been formally confirmed by anyone yet, the “TV Schedule” maintained on Fox News’ website has the documentary listed in Pirro’s usual 9 pm slot.

What makes Pirro’s abrupt disappearance all the more troubling is that Fox hasn’t formally suspended her. It’s simply removed her from the lineup, and for the second time in two weeks.

Pirro’s nearly two million viewers were left asking “where’s Judge Jeanine?” last Saturday when her program was preempted by the “Scandal” documentary at the last minute.

At the time her fans began speculating whether she may have been fired. Recall what happened to former host Bill O’Reilly after The New York Times ran a piece on him in 2017 revealing that he’d settled a number of sexual harassment lawsuits in court. Fox pulled him off the air and then announced his termination several days later. Could the same thing be happening to Pirro?

Some believe so:

Just to be clear, there’s been no confirmation that Pirro’s been suspended or fired.

When reached for comment by TVLine after the first preemption, a Fox spokesperson said, “We’re not commenting on internal scheduling matters.”

The troubles for the former New York prosecutor began after she made allegedly controversial remarks on her program earlier this month about anti-Semitic Muslim congresswoman Ilhan Omar. Pirro theorized that perhaps the congresswoman’s anti-Semitism is a product of her Islamic faith.

“This is not who your party is,” Pirro said of the Democrats. “Your party is not anti-Israel. She is. Think about this. [Omar] is not getting this anti-Israel sentiment doctrine from the Democrat Party. So if it’s not rooted in the party, where is she getting it from?”

“Omar wears a hijab, which according to the Quran 33:59, tells women to cover so they won’t get molested. Is her adherence to this Islamist doctrine indicative of her adherence to sharia law, which is antithetical to the U.S. Constitution?”

Left-wing critics promptly pounced on the judge afterward, accusing her of spouting Islamophobic rhetoric. Fox took the bait and immediately jumped to condemn Pirro.

Two weeks have since passed and the judge hasn’t been spotted anywhere, be it on Fox News, on Twitter, on Facebook or on Instagram. She’s gone completely radio silent.

Folks are concerned, including the president:

Because of recent decisions by Fox and its parent company, Fox Corporation, including FNC’s hiring of former Democrat National Committee chair Donna Brazile, Fox Corp’s recruitment of widely disliked former House Speaker Paul Ryan and now Pirro’s apparent suspension (or termination?), her fans have begun calling for a boycott:

Some Pirro fans have claimed she issued a statement on Facebook that reads as follows: “For legal reasons, I cannot speak about what’s going on right now. I’m told that viewers are boycotting Fox News to support me and, while I cannot officially endorse a boycott, I can say that I love my viewers. ❤️”

However, this statement was plucked from an unverified “Judge Jeanine” Facebook page:

Her official account has been radio silent since March 11.
