Piers Morgan could not stop embarrassing himself by sharing BBC’s vulgar cartoon, featuring… him

Granted, a Mash Report cartoon depicting Piers Morgan kissing President Trump’s rear end is disgusting, embarrassing, and not something the “Good Morning Britain” co-host would want anyone to see.

However, by tweeting it out to millions of people and commenting on it over and over again, the British TV host and former Trump “Apprentice” contestant just ensured exponentially more people have now seen it than otherwise would have.

Yeah, maybe Piers should have left well enough alone.

“The BBC thinks this is OK to broadcast,” Morgan wrote. “But if it depicted high profile women, there would be outrage. Why the double standard?”

Good point. But still, did you really have to subject your followers to the picture, thus forcing those of us who cover the news to have to look at it and replicate it in our posts? Ugh!

The cartoon was reportedly drawn in response to criticism that Morgan “brown-nosed” Trump while conducting the American president’s first international interview last week.

The Mash Report is a “satirical and surreal news show” hosted by Nish Kumar.

But Morgan wasn’t finished as he responded to several tweets on the topic…

According to the Huffington Post:

The cartoon featured on ‘The Mash Report’ as part of a segment analysing the differences between body language of legendary interviewer David Frost and his subject Richard Nixon with that of Morgan and Trump.

“In the Trump interview, the staging hinted at a greater intimacy between the two men,” the correspondent says before the cartoon is revealed.

Here’s a video of Morgan reacting to his interview with Trump the next day on his BBC show.
