Trump’s website removes hidden message throwing shade at Obama, its replacement is just classic

Until recently, if you got a technical error while browsing President Trump’s website instead of a traditional “page not found,” the error message, if it worked correctly, was meant to toss a little fun shade at his predecessor.

“Oops! Something went wrong. Unlike Obama, we are working to fix the problem… and not on the golf course,” the message used to read, at least according to the original coding, which was found and reported by Washington Post data reporter Christopher Ingraham.

Except, the code itself is apparently broken so it never actually displayed the message, according to reports.

Another message deep within the coding is just as funny, if not funnier.

Soon after the coding was discovered, it was removed from the websites, according to Ingraham.

“That suggests that someone at either RNC or the Trump admin is sensitive enough to Trump’s golf problem to make this issue go away quickly once people noticed. You have no idea how much I’d love to see the email exchange that led us here,” the Washington Post reporter wrote. “What a time to be alive.”

The replacement? A perfectly worded, “Don’t worry, we’re making it great again.”

Yep, snarky remarks are great, but it’s hard to say it any better than that!
