A man required assistance from his local fire brigade Thursday after purposely cementing a microwave to his head for a YouTube prank.

Jay Swingler, a British YouTuber from the channel “TGFbro,” decided to cement a microwave to his head for his “Extreme Christmas Challenge” which almost killed him, according to BusinessInsider. Swingler planned on using a breathing tube while waiting for the cement to harden; however, the breathing tube ended up getting stuck and the cement kept expanding, leaving the 22-year-old daredevil trapped. After an hour and a half, co-star Romell Henry was forced to call firefighters for help.
“We’re seriously unimpressed,” the West Midlands Fire Service tweeted, adding, “Five of our firefighters were tied up for an hour this afternoon, freeing a YouTube pranker whose head had been ‘cemented’ inside a microwave oven.”

Following the incident, Swingler said that he had never appreciated life so much before, and advised people not to try this at home.
