On Thursday night, not only was Kate Steinle’s killer Jose Ines Garcia Zarate acquitted of homicide charges in a San Francisco court, he was also cleared of involuntary manslaughter and assault with a deadly weapon.
Zarate, a 45-year-old illegal immigrant and felon who was deported five times, sparked a national firestorm over “sanctuary cities.” Steinle’s death constituted a significant part of the border security plank of Donald Trump’s presidential platform.
Trump supporters, fresh off the travesty of a Benghazi terror mastermind being cleared of murder charges, are incensed by the ruling.
Conservatives, Republicans, and other Americans are likewise bewildered by the unjust ruling, as can be shown by #KateSteinle being the number one trending topic on Twitter.
Justice for #KateSteinle
The left would call for a federal civil rights case if this had been the other way around and she had shot the illegal
So what's next AG #Sessions?

Very lucky that Kate Steinle’s murderer didn’t use the wrong pronouns. That sort of extremist behaviour is not tolerated in California #KateSteinle

Can we lock this murdering lunatic up for breaking our immigration laws 5 times?
Kate Steinle would be alive if we had a wall and didn't have sanctuary cities #Katesteinle

The California legal system just told the world that all you have to do is say you didn't mean to shoot someone with a gun, kill them, and you won't be guilty of murder or manslaughter. #KateSteinle

Unlike most conservative dominated causes, Twitter has not yet put Kate Steinle on stealth shut-down. No matter, social media platforms are not going to dictate Americans’ concern over Kate Steinle’s death, the sham ruling of a San Francisco court, or the border security issue.
After all this ugliness and heartbreak, let’s take a moment to remember what this issue is all about.
"Kate was beautiful, kind, happy, caring, loving and deep in faith. Kate had a special soul, a kind and giving heart, the most contagious laugh, and a smile that would light up a room."#KateSteinle #KatesLaw #SanctuaryCity #SteinleVerdict https://t.co/5XsrgsAGoo
