Calvin Klein may want to reconsider a new sweater that could set the trend toward nakedness.
…which would not be good for sales.
A new see-through sweater that’s part of Calvin Klein’s Fall 2017 collection, dubbed the “naked sweater,” features sheer fabric on the torso, along with “normal” sleeves.
And before you laugh, the sweater, priced at $2,000, sold out on Montreal-based site Ssense, according to the Daily Mail.
But for the price-conscience fashion connoisseur, the sweater can still be had on Barney’s website for $1,150.

There’s even a sleeveless version, though it won’t do much for those chilly evenings!
As is often the case, the best take on bizarre trends can be found online, though all other responses pail in comparison to Jack Lauterback, columnist for Style Weekly, who tweeted: “I’m always asking myself: How can I show more nipple today? Calvin Klein has answered that question.”
Even Teen Vogue, usually first in line for anything trendy, seemed to be skeptical:
$2000 to still be cold? idts. https://t.co/XhdwKWmfCB
