Kevin Allred, a Rutgers University professor who teaches an American Studies course called “Politicizing Beyoncé,” hit the “Tweet” button a few seconds before he let common sense overcome his Trump-hating passions. Much to his chagrin, however, the internet is forever…
Allred deleted the tweet, of course, but then later came back around to defend his now-deleted tweet, just in case.
To which ‘Tweeters’ didn’t respond kindly:
“Someone should shoot him” is definitely threat-intentioned. @FBI takes those “left handed” comments seriously.

Inciting violence against The President is to be taken as a threat . It’s not an ” oh I was just kidding” or ” aw shucks “.

Of course, if Allred truly believes he didn’t do anything wrong, the obvious question was out there for all to see:
So. . .why did you delete it then?
