Could Sean Spicer be trading in his podium for a dance floor?
The former White House press secretary is reportedly stepping from the briefing room to the television studio, and maybe even a spin on “Dancing with the Stars,” according to Page Six.
At the rate 2017 is going, Sean Spicer might be a contender for the Mirrorball Trophy. #DWTS https://t.co/ojOmy52QvJ

Spicer, who resigned from his White House position last week, was allegedly seen in New York City exiting high-level meetings at ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox News about a possible new career in television.
Some news executives “made the full-court press” in courting the former Trump spokesman who became a sort of celebrity in his own right with his often confrontational press briefings. Other network officials, however, “just kicked the tires,” sources told Page Six.
But it could be that the joke tweeted by actor Zach Braff the day of Spicer’s resignation may not be far from the truth.
Can’t wait to see Sean Spicer waltz on Dancing With the Stars.

“That has legs,” a television insider said, confirming to Page Six that the dancing competition show has actually reached out to Spicer.

“I have no comment,” was Spicer’s reply when he was reached by phone.
“We don’t comment on casting,” an ABC representative told Page Six.
Former Texas Gov. Rick Perry had a short turn on the dance floor last year after his GOP primary loss. The current Energy Secretary was the second contestant to be sent home.

Whether Spicer will put on his dancing shoes in the near future remains to be seen. But on social media, the prospect of a dancing Spicer lit up Twitter:

When Spicer quit I wondered what he would do next. Never in a million years would have guessed Dancing With The Stars.

ONLY way I’d watch Sean Spicer on Dancing with the Stars is if he & Melissa McCarthy’s impersonation waltz together while arguing. PERIOD! pic.twitter.com/yeMUQULHv7
