In recognition of Mother’s Day, “Fox & Friends” took a look at some of the more iconic “movie moms” over the years.
Sandra Bullock is one of the choices highlighted by Kevin McCarthy, founder of Nerd Tears, based on her role in “The Blind Side.”

Here are some other classic movie moms not mentioned, beginning with perhaps the baddest of all, Sigourney Weaver as Ellen Ripley in “Aliens.”
Although, Shelley Duvall, who played Wendy Torrance in “The Shining,” deserves a mention.
On a lighter side, how about Ellen Griswold, from the National Lampoon’s Vacation film series, played by Beverly D’Angelo?
But the sweetest mom of all may very well be Karen Buckman in “Parenthood,” played by Mary Steenburgen. Agree or not, who would you select?
