Dianne Feinstein met with jeers, boos and shouts as hometown crowd turns on her at rowdy town hall

While the mainstream media’s pack mentality has kept eyes focused on Republicans facing rough Town Hall meetings, it seems Democrats have not fared so well either.

Apparently Democrats have been at the receiving end of constituent frustration as well judging from Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s meeting in San Francisco on Monday.

The crowd drowned out the California Democrat with boos and shouts, jeering at the 83 year-old senator and yelling at her to retire.

Her hometown San Francisco crowd seemed to think Feinstein was not left-wing enough for the Party and has failed to stand up to President Donald Trump and his administration.

She had to pause the contentious meeting at one point, asking how many in the audience wanted her to continue and how many wanted to “rabble-rouse.”

Signs held up by the anti-Trump group, “Indivisible,” declared  “Retire Feinstein.”  The San Francisco chapter of the group even pushed back on Twitter against the senator, who has held her seat since 1992.

Feinstsein’s own Twitter account was silent on the town hall.

Wonder why.
