Women’s rights activist Ayaan Hirsi Ali blasted Linda Sarsour, one of the organizers of the Women’s March on Washington as being a “fake feminist.”

Sarsour is self-described as a “Palestinian-American-Muslim, racial justice & civil rights activist, tweeted — and then deleted — a statement that both Ali and Brigette Gabriel “don’t deserve to be women” and should be beaten and have their vaginas removed.

Both Ali and Gabriel speak out on the issue of the denial of women’s rights by Muslim countries. Sarsour is the executive director of the Arab American Association of New York.

“Miss Sarsour is hostile to me, not because she knows me, but because she’s a fake feminist,” Ali told Fox News host Martha MacCallum on “The First 100 Days” Wednesday.

“She is a defender of Sharia law,” she added. “There is no principle that demeans, degrades and dehumanizes women more than the principle of Sharia law.”

Ali has direct knowledge of this. She was a genital mutilation victim at a young age while living in Somalia.

Ali went on to say that the reason she and Gabriel are hated by Sarsour is that both women speak out against Sharia law.

She told MacCallum that if Sarsour is the defender of women’s rights that she claims to be, she could better expend her energy elsewhere, such as organizing a march for Asia Bibi, a Christian woman who Pakistan has sentenced to death for “blasphemy.”
