Elector Jim Rhoades told Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network host Neil Cavuto on “Your World” that he has “a laundry basket filled with letters” asking him to change his vote, although he’s “a strong supporter and advocate” for Trump.

He referred to a desperate call by Hollywood actors for electors to change their vote as “pure crap.”

“I’m not intimidated by any of this stuff,” Rhoades, a longtime Harley-Davidson motorcycle rider said. “I’ve always been conservative. I’m a constitutionalist. And I love what Trump says. And he’s got me fired up looking for great things and looking to make America great again.”

He said that his fellow Michigan electors are hanging tough on the issue.

“We’re all pretty steadfast and we’re doing our duty,” Rhoades told Cavuto. “And our duty is to support the voters of Michigan and vote for Donald J. Trump. And that’s what I’m going to do.”

He also discounted claims that the Russian government affected the election, and placed Hillary Clinton’s loos on the candidate.

“Hillary had no message,” Rhoades said. “Nothing positive to say — her history is terrible.”
