While President-elect Donald Trump is going on his “thank you tour” to express his gratitude to his supporters, Hillary Clinton will be hosting a post-election party of her own — to thank her millionaire donors.
While Trump’s celebrations mirror those of his campaign appearances — raucous, energetic and down-to-earth — Clinton’s will be more lavish and more-than-likely more subdued — it will be held at Manhattan’s Plaza hotel on December 15. according to Page Six, which reported:
The party will be held in the Grand Ballroom on the third floor, to honor the Hillary for America finance leadership council.
Guests expected are big bundlers including Harvey Weinstein, Anna Wintour, Alan Patricof, Tory Burch and Marc Lasry.
Commenting on what will undoubtedly be a somber mood during the event, an insider told the publication, “Hopefully there’s no balconies so nobody can jump.”
Folks on social media ate it up.

Although Sen. Tim Kaine will be joining his Democratic running mate at the party, he’ll be hosting a similar event of his own earlier that same day.
