Social media is changing the game when it comes to how Americans are getting their news.
Donald Trump upped the ante with his debut of a nightly show called “Trump Tower Live” on Monday and it has gotten under the skin of some mainstream media hacks who see their monopoly on molding the collective mindset crumbling.
Add to that, James O’Keefe’s undercover “Project Vertitas” videos that expose the seedy underbelly of Democrat politics with everything from voter fraud to clandestinely inciting violence at Trump rallies — and you’ve got some panicked journos out there.
Case in point, CNN’s Brian Stelter  who took to Twitter to mock the “little guys” busting up the corporate media cabal.
Judging from his Twitter account, Stelter spent most of Monday obsessing over Trump’s new venture and Project Veritas.
"Nightly campaign coverage from Trump Tower" ? The Trump campaign is conflating advertising with an actual newscast https://t.co/lLMbNFdAeS

Stelter has been a roll in an attempt to push back on the growing awakening of a hopelessly biased media in favor of the Democrat Party that largely controls the schools, big banks, big pharma, and of course the media itself.
It’s all just a big conspiracy theory perpetrated by paranoid Donald Trump, he says, despite the leaked WikiLeaks that prove media and Hillary campaign collusion.
But independent thinking people don’t need WikiLeaks to prove the point.
And now the free-thinkers are playing on offense.

When the two topics combined, and “Trump Tower Live” host Tomi Lahren spoke with James O’Keefe, Stelter really got going:
"You guys are now more powerful than the MSM," @JamesOKeefeIII tells @TomiLahren.
Only 35,000 ppl are watching their Facebook Live stream.

That set-off O’Keefe, and the fireworks really began:
That's petty, Brian of @CNN. The people on social media are a force to be reckoned with. Most feel you don't represent them. @TomiLahren https://t.co/6WZuDZQmua

You want a story, @brianstelter? I'll give you corporate sources who SPIKED these vids for fear of retaliation from Clinton DOJ @TomiLahren

Mainstream will try to belittle what were doing because they don’t get it. Oh well. Don’t need them! BTW we are at 1M. #projectveritas pic.twitter.com/zNJ2g5z2xj
— Tomi Lahren (@TomiLahren) October 25, 2016
1.1m views on @TomiLahren fb stream, No. 1 trending vid on YouTube worldwide. This is the power of what we do. @brianstelter. Get used to it pic.twitter.com/LSVpOhTjbr
— James O'Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII) October 25, 2016
Indeed. And don’t think for one second that Stelter doesn’t know it. So do a lot of folks who are excited to see an opposing view — since there isn’t any neutral reporting anymore.
@brianstelter @gatewaypundit @JamesOKeefeIII @TomiLahren & 1.25 million wanted to hear what ridiculous lie u cucks could spin up next Brian.

Brian, our YouTube videos have 10 million views in the last 7 days. 54 million twitter impressions. https://t.co/vF4c6owzh6

No wonder Stelter is shaken.
