Donald Trump is taking alternative media to new heights.
During an exhaustive campaign, Trump has taken on not only his rival, Hillary Clinton, but also the political establishment, and of course, the mainstream media.
But there has been no foe Trump has declared to be his biggest hurdle on his way to the White House quite like the media.
Hence, the introduction of “Trump Tower Live” to air on weeknights at 6:30 EST via Facebook.
As CNN’s Brian Stelter (and no friend to Trump) noticed, the timing “coincidentally” goes up the mainstream nightly news.

The announcement came to the delight of Trump supporters everywhere:

Hosts include political strategist and Trump’s senior advisor, Boris Epshteyn and radio host and Trump advisor, Cliff Simmons. But, the ‘Trump Tower” host garnering the most buzz is The Blaze’s Tomi Lahren, who’s known for lighting up social media with her unabashed take on all things political.
The new nightly show has furthered fueled rumors that Trump will launch his own network in retaliation against a corrupt media.
Not all big media types are thrilled.

Umm, most people who are half awake wouldn’t call the biased crapshow that CNN is putting out honest journalism either. But, hey, Stelter’s entitled to his opinion.

It certainly has riled up his base, but it remains to be seen if he will be able to reach out further with the new media venture.
