Americans respond to Trump’s feud with Khizr Khan — and 69 percent agree on one thing

Americans are weighing in on the feud between Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and Khizr Khan, and the results did not look good for Trump.

According to a Fox News poll released Wednesday, 69 percent of voters said Trump was “out of bounds” in his response to Khan who blasted Trump at the Democratic National Convention.

The Pakistani immigrant, whose son was killed in Iraq while serving in the U.S. Army, said Trump had  “sacrificed nothing” for his country. The GOP nominee’s subsequent remarks in defending himself earned him a flurry of criticism.

Social media reaction to the poll results varied.
