GOP nominee Donald Trump‘s plan for public infrastructure is far from a usual Republican proposal, which is why it has so many people talking.
A staple in Trump’s stump speech on the campaign trail is an entire segment dedicated to trashing the country’s current infrastructure, such as airports, roads and bridges.
In an interview Tuesday on Fox Business News, Trump said he’d actually spend double the money that his opponent Hillary Clinton would spend on infrastructure, saying that it’s necessary at the moment.

Trump also noted how he would pay for the massive infrastructure project, saying that it would be paid for through bonds that would be “from the country.”
