Seven major news outlets filed a joint motion to make public the video depositions of presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
Those outlets include The Washington Post, ABC News, NBC News, CBS News, The New York Times, CNN and the Tribune Company.

Noticeably missing from the list is the Fox News Channel.
Court records reveal that the video depositions of Trump were taken on December 10, 2015 and January 21, 2016, according to San Diego NBC 7 News.

Earlier this week the Obama administration announced that it would not release the remainder of Hillary Clinton’s emails until after the November 8 general election, and CNN’s Jake Tapper raised holy hell about it.

Trump has long been critical of Gonzalo Curiel, the U.S. District Court Judge hearing the Trump University case, and often refers to him as that “Mexican judge.”
Late last month while Trump was campaigning in San Diego, less than a mile away Curiel approved a motion to unseal internal Trump University records that the candidate’s lawyers asked be kept from the public.
