Donald Trump said the Colorado Republican Party rigged its convention from the get-go to favor his main competitor Sen. Ted Cruz.

“It started with Colorado, and the people out there are going crazy,” he said on “Fox & Friends” Monday. “They’re going absolutely crazy because they weren’t given a vote.”

The Republican presidential front-runner expressed his anger after Saturday’s convention using his favorite medium — Twitter.

“This was given by politicians. It’s a crooked deal, and I see it,” he said. “The system is rigged, crooked. That’s not the way democracy is supposed to work.”

That was also the feeling of a disgusted Colorado Trump delegate who claimed he was shut out of the convention floor resulting in a clean sweep by Cruz of all 13 convention delegates.

The Texas Republican also managed to pick up all 21 of Colorado’s congressional district convention votes for a total of 34 delegates.

The billionaire businessman said the shenanigans weren’t limited to the GOP: The Democrats also had problems.

“And honestly, I see it with Bernie too. I’ve gotten millions more votes — millions, not just a couple — millions of more votes than Cruz. And I’ve gotten hundreds of delegates more, and we keep fighting and fighting,” he continued.

“This was changed in the summer to help a guy like Cruz, and it’s not right,” he said. “That’s not the way democracy is supposed to work.”
