This may upset just about every American woman.

While the media stays laser-focused on presumptive GOP Donald Trump’s outreach to women voters, one of Hillary Clinton’s surrogates just made a glaringly rude comment about women –  the same kind of comments that have gotten the Trump campaign in trouble in the past.

In a Washington Post report on how Trump is appealing to democratic voters in traditionally liberal suburbs, former Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell, who now serves as a surrogate to Clinton, said most American women were ugly.

“Will he have some appeal to working-class Dems in Levittown or Bristol? Sure,” Rendell said. “For every one he’ll lose 1½ , two Republican women. Trump’s comments like ‘You can’t be a 10 if you’re flat-chested,’ that’ll come back to haunt him. There are probably more ugly women in America than attractive women. People take that stuff personally.”

Now, social media is blowing up, mocking Clinton and Rendell for the comment, but don’t hold your breath for mainstream media backlash.
