Judge Andrew Napolitano describes screwball laws recently enacted in San Diego. Water on the sidewalk? Get a fine. Dog poop in your backyard? Go to jail.

  1. I lived in Alameda across the bay from San Francisco, I’ve been to cities all over the world, and I can honestly say, San Francisco is the most beautifull city in the world. The way weather interacts with the “bay area” puts a spell upon you. As for the state, the desert, mountains, and valleys, nature in general its incredible. It breaks your heart to see the path that the people, not the majority, have taken.
