Clueless protester demands people boycott Nike over sales in Israel — while she’s wearing Nikes

In the race to achieve new levels of irony in making a political point, one anti-Israel protester scored a home run in a video posted online.

Flanked by protesters holding up an oversized banner that read “End US Funds to Israel” and “Free Palestine,” the megaphone-carrying activist seen in the video demanded the boycott of various companies that she read off from a list on her phone.

“We call on you to boycott Starbucks,” she said, pointing to a nearby shop.

McDonald’s, Disney, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Pepsi, Papa John’s, Nike and Airbnb were part of the long list she read in the video posted to X by Newsmax reporter Addison Smith.

The twist? She appeared to be wearing Nike Air Force 1 shoes as she called for boycotts against the company.

“The jokes write themselves,” one X user commented.

“Also worth mentioning the Starbucks she pointed to was still completely packed after this,” Smith tweeted in a follow-up message.
