Intent follows the bullet

A little over a hundred years ago, the Democratic Party decided the promotion and implementation of its policies had to be cohesive throughout the nation, therefore, they began exerting a strictly top-down approach from Party headquarters in Washington D.C. All party policy thereafter would emanate from the capital to every Democratic office holder in America, from the President down to the mayors of the smallest cities, each party member and office holder would be accountable for strictly following the policies of the Party. Office holders who strayed from such orthodoxy were disciplined by being exiled out of any meaningful office. For over a century, Party discipline has held.

Therefore, when assessing Democratic policies today, an observer can be sure of a few things: the policies are never merely local, nor are they ever merely federal; they are never due to negligence, and they are never accidental. Democratic Party policy is formulated and carried out with absolute clarity and intent from the highest officeholder down to the lowest, such is the discipline of the Party’s apparatus.

The best example we have of such policy discipline is in front of every citizen in the United States today. From Laredo, Texas to Mohall, North Dakota; from Bangor, Maine to San Diego, California, Democratic Party policy is as clear as crystal and in direct opposition to the United States Constitution, every State Constitution, and every City Charter.

Our Constitution’s preamble begins: “In Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common Defense, (and) promote the general Welfare, (we)… do ordain and establish this Constitution.” Further, “The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States” and “He shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” Yet, Democratic Party policy and the office of Joseph Biden have allowed our southern border to be literally undefended as hordes of millions of persons invade this nation, even as standing established laws are very intentionally defied.

Further, the Constitution of the State of Illinois was written and reads like most every other states, as follows: that government exists to “provide for the health, safety and welfare of the people” to “Insure domestic tranquility; provide for the common defense” (and obviously) “To secure these rights and the protection of property, governments are instituted among men.” Yet, Democratic blue states in our union, like New York, Illinois, California, and others endorse sanctuary city policies which directly endanger the lives and property of lawful citizens of their own states.

At the bottom of the policy chain, are urban centers, governed by Democrats, whose mayors and city councils demoralize and defund the very police forces that are charged with securing the domestic safety of the citizens of their communities. Meantime, Attorneys General in progressive cities are intentionally lowering incarceration rates in addition to creating no bail policies, which have led to vastly higher crime rates. This is not negligence. This is not an accident.  It is the intentional national policy of the Democratic Party in direct defiance of constitutional law.

Apparently, the Democratic Party regards our highest federal and state laws as being not important enough to abide, if they collide with their policies. The Party apparently does not care about the safety of their own fellow citizens; a safety that is the birthright of those who live under constitutional law.

Even as their policies openly defy our highest laws, there is a legal maxim the Party should be mindful of, and which should be applied to every Democratic office holder in this country: “Intent Follows the Bullet.” The maxim means that when a suspect with intent aims a gun and fires a lethal bullet at one person, but kills an innocent bystander instead, the culprit is just as guilty of murder…

Therefore, the Democratic Party is guilty with intent, since 2021, that 4,486,586 persons have invaded our southern border like bullets shot out of a Gatling gun and no one knows how many are now living in sanctuary cities, involved in criminal activities.

The Democratic Party is guilty that in 2023 alone, over $100,000,000,000.00 of goods were systematically robbed from city retail shops and resold through Amazon, launching a mass exodus of businesses and employers from America’s cities.

The Democratic Party is guilty that incidents of homicide, rape, burglary and assault have risen meteorically in blue cities and states, while officeholders allow the victimization of their citizens.

The Democratic Party is guilty of allowing a new system of slavery for those who can make no appeal to the law. Such people ride a new kind of underground railroad, to conditions of slavery and inner cities of hell, thanks to tortured Democratic policy.

The Democratic Party is guilty of creating a drug trade distribution system based on an open border and sanctuary cities. Democratic policies defend urban gangs from having any legal accountability for gang activity and drug distribution.

Saddest of all… the Democratic Party is guilty, with intent, that hundreds of thousands of pounds of the drug fentanyl have come over our border and been funneled through their protected distribution system. This lethal delivery of fentanyl has resulted in the deaths of over 200,000 U.S. Citizens since Joseph Biden took office.

If you want to know the culprit, follow the bullet! It took a whole political party to pull the trigger.
