‘I’m back – you mad, bro?’ Not only is AOC parody account back, but Kamala Harris now has one too

An account parodying Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) that disappeared from Twitter now seems to have been resurrected under a new handle while a parody account taking aim at Vice President Kamala Harris has reared its hilarious head.

The account @AOCpressTwo is now live on Twitter and has been very busy making fun of the socialist New York lawmaker. The pinned tweet on the account reads, “I’m back – you mad, bro? I’m starting from scratch because my previous 400,000 followers were all racists, bigots, xenophobes, homophobes, transphobes, white supremacists, and domestic terrorists.”

The infamous Twitter user Catturd revealed plans to bring the account back to life, “FYI … If you listen to my podcast, you know I wrote many tweets for the @AOCpress parody account. However, I didn’t own or run the account. Tune in to our podcast at http://inthelitterbox.com and I’ll explain what happened and my plans to bring the account back myself, like literally.”

The new account has been plenty active, much to the chagrin of Ocasio-Cortez.

There’s so much more:

Previous tweets included memorable messages such as “Cow farts are far more dangerous than fentanyl,” “Ron DeSantis is not my type,” and “Big shout-out to my BFF Kevin McCarthy for caving on the debt ceiling.”

The New Yorker was not amused, “FYI there’s a fake account on here impersonating me and going viral. The Twitter CEO has engaged it, boosting visibility. It is releasing false policy statements and gaining spread. I am assessing with my team how to move forward. In the meantime, be careful of what you see.”

But Ocasio-Cortez can dry her tears because she is apparently not alone. Now, there is a Kamala Harris account, @KamalaHarrisDem, and it’s a scream as well.

With Twitter being once again a safe haven for political parody and opinions, both accounts are sure to grow exponentially despite anger from the left and purported death threats. Bad news for President Biden’s running mate who already has an image problem.

Meanwhile, fact-checkers are busy proving quotes from the parody accounts are not Ocasio-Cortez’s or Harris’ actual words.
