Tulsi Gabbard torches Hillary Clinton as a power-hungry, ‘dangerous character’ with a ‘gleeful cackle’

Former Democratic congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard blasted Hillary Clinton as a “dangerous character” who is “envious” of President Biden who holds the office she long sought.

Appearing on Fox News’s “Jesse Watters Primetime,” Gabbard responded to the former secretary of state traveling to India to visit salt pan workers and stump for “alternative clean energy,” as Fox News characterized Clinton’s trip.

“I was really hoping you would have her on live here on your show so we could actually have a debate. I always want to have a debate with her but never had the opportunity,” Gabbard told host Jesse Watters. “Hillary, I think, is envious of Joe Biden — she sees him as commander in chief. I’m kind of surprised because he’s actually channeling her war-mongering way. But ultimately, you and I both know there has never been a war that Hillary has seen that she has not loved.”

She cited Clinton’s “gleeful cackle” following the 2011 death of Libyan strongman Muammar Gaddafi, recalling that Clinton smiled and said, “We came, we saw, he died.”

“[H]er desire to be commander-in-chief that she’s had for a very long time has nothing to do with ensuring the safety and security of the American people. It has everything to do with the fact that if there’s a war to be fought, she wants to be the one with her finger on that proverbial trigger,” Gabbard said, before noting that Clinton has never seen combat.

“This is what happens when you have someone like her in a position of power who loves war but she’s never actually been to war to see and understand and feel and know the costs and consequences are and how serious it is,” she added.

Clinton notably suggested Gabbard, the first female combat veteran ever to run for president, was a “Russian asset,” which resulted in the Hawaii Democrat suing the former first lady for defamation, Fox News noted.

“[T]his is what makes her such a dangerous character,” Gabbard said. “She feels that she’s not accountable to anyone because she’s not suffering those consequences.

“So many in the mainstream media, Big Tech, all of these big corporate giants, people here in Washington — it is a dangerous thing for the American people to have someone like her who feels that they are above the law and can do whatever they want.”
