Vice President Kamala Harris spoke at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor on Thursday where she cringingly proclaimed her undying love for Venn diagrams and then proceeded to state they had three circles when they typically have two that overlap.
Harris was joined by Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm and University of Michigan professor Kyle Whyte at the university’s Rackham Auditorium to discuss further efforts to combat the scourge of climate change. However, she couldn’t resist her fixation with Venn diagrams as if somehow by mentioning them it would make her appear more intelligent. It didn’t work.
“I love Venn diagrams. I do. I love Venn diagrams. So, the three circles — and you can do more! Nobody says a Venn diagram has to only be three circles, right?” Harris commented at the forum.
A Venn diagram can have three or more circles, but the most common form is a two-circle graphic.

She really, really loves Venn diagrams evidently because she has gone on and on about them on more than one occasion. In fact, it has become meme-worthy.
She made similar comments back in October.
“Let me just say, I love Venn diagrams. I really love Venn diagrams. You know, the circles, right?” Harris said.

While chatting it up with fellow progressives in Michigan, Harris also brought up another favorite topic: electric school buses.
“I’m excited about electric school buses. I LOVE electric school buses. I just love them! For so many reasons. Maybe because I went to school on a school bus. Hey, raise your hand if you went to school on a school bus!” Harris exclaimed while ridiculously raising her hand just as she did at another event in Seattle last October.
The vice president was thoroughly dragged on social media for the misstatement and for her electric school bus mantra. She is infamous for word salads and nonsensical commentary, but even her serious points tend to be factually fluid.
One teacher on Twitter informed Harris, “There are two-circle Venn diagrams.”

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) roasted Harris on Twitter over the Venn diagram obsession, “Other than failing as Border Czar and talking about Venn diagrams, what does Kamala Harris even do all day?”
“Biden’s day: Gets a Special Counsel Kamala: ‘I’m excited about electric school buses! I love electric school buses! I just love them for so many reasons! Maybe b/c I went to school on a school bus? Raise your hand if you went to school on a school bus!!!'” Steve Guest, who is the communications adviser for Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) tweeted taking a swipe at the electric school bus propaganda.
“Seriously, wtf is her deal with venn diagrams,” X Strategies senior digital strategist Greg Price remarked.
Harris engaged in other gaffes during the confab as well and they did not go unnoticed.

“In the Western hemisphere, that is where the Caribbean is. We are also in the Western Hemisphere. They are our neighbors,” Harris stated.

But it was her ardor for Venn diagrams that simply could not be ignored by Twitter users:
It is just two overlapping circles.

You know when a little kid learns a cool thing in class and then they spend the entire dinner trying to explain it to you all wrong?
