Fox News reporter Bill Melugin aired a bombshell video on Tucker Carlson’s show Monday night showing a massive caravan of thousands of immigrants illegally crossing the border from Mexico into El Paso, Texas, calling it “the biggest group of migrants we’ve ever seen.”

“Bill Melugin has covered the border more closely than any reporter in the United States for the last two years. And today, in his estimation, the single largest caravan of illegal aliens flowing into this country in his two years of watching crossed today,” Carlson started and then introduced Melugin to cover the story.
“You mentioned it right off the top. This was easily the biggest group we have ever seen during our 19 months of covering this border crisis and they all crossed illegally into El Paso last night and we got some pretty wild camera footage to show you. Take a look at this. This was last night in El Paso… a massive caravan of over 1,000 illegal immigrants crossing into El Paso last night,” Melugin reported.
He then revealed that they had never seen this big of a crossing in El Paso. Ever.
“Local media there was reporting it was potentially up to 2,000 people and that it was possibly the biggest mass crossing in the city’s history. Now, as you look at the video you’ll see just wave after wave after wave of these people walking across the river and then gathering on the US side of the river where they kind of formed a single file line. And you’ll see that single file line starts stretching almost as far as the eye can see as again, well over a thousand people cross there,” he continued.
BREAKING: A huge migrant caravan of over 1,000 people crossed illegally into El Paso, TX last night, making it the largest single group we have ever seen. BREAKING: CBP Sources tell FOX News just 74 days into FY23: more than half a million migrant encounters.
FYTD23: 505,137 total migrant encounters SWB – averaging just over 6800/day.
Of those, 162,547 have been Title 42 expelled.

“It was cold there last night so you’ll see many of them started setting campfires in an effort to keep warm and CBP sources tell Fox News that over the last 24 hours in that sector, in El Paso, there have been more than 2,400 illegal crossings. Border Patrol there has more than 5,000 migrants in custody right now. They’re completely overwhelmed. Completely over-capacity,” Melugin stated.
So overwhelmed that instead of legally processing them, authorities just dumped them on El Paso’s streets and let them go.
“So, they’ve started mass releases of these people. They’re just dropping hundreds of them off at a time on El Paso city streets. So, the question here is, ‘Where did all these people come from?’ We’ll show you,” he added.
NEW: In Brownsville, TX we once again witnessed Border Patrol mass releasing hundreds of migrants at a parking garage. A NGO across street then helps organize their travel around the US.
BP source tells me they release hundreds here almost daily, sometimes 10 busloads in a day. pic.twitter.com/mpgNTSkErU— Bill Melugin (@BillFOXLA) December 13, 2022
NEW: We went into Matamoros, the Mexican border city across from Brownsville, TX, where there are thousands of migrants waiting for Title 42 to drop in 8 days before they plan to cross into the US. We saw hundreds of migrants camped out on streets & in a public park. @FoxNews pic.twitter.com/G2TtKCvJyv

“They were bused in with a Mexican police escort. Take a look at this second piece of video here. Fox News on scene in Ciudad Juarez as about 20 of these migrant buses filled with these migrants received a Mexican police escort into Ciudad Juarez, the city directly across from El Paso. And then they were all dropped off at local shelters and NGOs there in Juarez. But of course, they didn’t stay at those shelters. They all started walking over to the river. Walking to the border and as you can see from the video, they started crossing in mass,” Melugin said.
The Mexican government is evidently complicit in the planned mass migration of thousands of illegal aliens into the US and it looks like they have the blessing of the Biden administration.
“Bizarre to see the Mexican government essentially escorting them there to have them cross just a few minutes later. And back out here live, Tucker, the numbers just exploding here at our southern border with the US Border Patrol chief saying in the last 48 hours there have been more than 16,000 illegal crossings averaging out to 8,000 per day,” he shockingly concluded.
NEW: The Chief of U.S. Border Patrol reports there have been over 16,000 migrant encounters at the border in the last 48 hours.
That’s an average of 8,000 per day.Former Obama DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson once said 1,000 in a day would be a “crisis”.
We are 8x that right now.
