The FBI has been caught once again with its paw in the cookie jar by the New York Post over the Hunter Biden scandal after warning Twitter during “weekly” meetings before the 2020 election and before censoring the New York Post to expect “hack-and-leak operations’’ by “state actors.”
The warnings allegedly came directly from Twitter’s former head of site integrity, Yoel Roth, and alarmed Twitter so much that it immediately censored the New York Post’s scoop about Hunter Biden’s laptop on Oct. 14, 2020. The key here is that the warnings took place before the censorship did, according to the New York Post, almost as if the FBI knew the story was coming.
Chief Twit Elon Musk described the “hacked materials” policy on Saturday as “election interference” which evidently counted the New York Post’s reporting on Hunter Biden’s laptop as its first victim in seeking to protect Joe Biden’s candidacy.
The revelation concerning Roth exposed the FBI and how deeply it was involved in covering up the laptop story. The bureau reportedly had the laptop for almost a year before this happened.
BREAKING: Last year Twitter disclosed to the FEC they were warned of ‘a hack and leak operation involving Hunter Biden’ by federal law enforcement that led them to censor the NY Post story

“I was told in these meetings that the intelligence community expected that individuals associated with political campaigns would be subject to hacking attacks and that material obtained through those hacking attacks would likely be disseminated over social media platforms, including Twitter,” Roth claimed in a Dec. 21, 2020 declaration to the Federal Election Commission.
“I also learned in these meetings that there were rumors that a hack-and-leak operation would involve Hunter Biden,” he asserted.
Twitter’s defense included Roth’s signed declaration on this. The Tea Party Patriots Foundation charged that the social media platform’s censorship of the New York Post was an “in kind” campaign contribution to then-presidential candidate Joe Biden’s campaign, according to reporter Miranda Devine. She has been all over the story since its inception.
Wow. The FBI meddling in our elections.. why do they exist again? The agents involved need to be found and exiled

The weekly meetings not only included Twitter but Facebook as well. Facebook was warned by the FBI to be on “high alert” for a “dump” of “Russian propaganda” before the 2020 election, CEO Mark Zuckerberg told podcast host Joe Rogan in August. Facebook also squelched the Post’s story that October, pending “fact checks” that evidently never occurred.
FBI Supervisory Special Agent Elvis Chan allegedly organized the meetings with Big Tech. The New York Post notes that his postgraduate thesis claimed that Russia interfered with the 2016 election.
He testified via Zoom on Tuesday in a lawsuit against the Biden administration that he organized the meetings in San Francisco which included seven DC-based FBI agents prior to the 2020 presidential election. That suit was brought by the Republican attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana and accuses White House officials and federal agencies of conspiring with Big Tech to censor “disfavored speakers, viewpoints and content on social media platforms.”
And ppl are still ok with this government… insane!!

Chan testified that the FBI had warned Twitter to watch for a “hack and leak” operation but conveniently could not recall whether Hunter Biden was mentioned. Roth had previously sworn that the FBI specifically mentioned Hunter.
Devine was brutally clear on the perceived intent of the FBI, “It looks very much as if the FBI pre-bunked a story they knew was coming about Hunter Biden. But how would they know The Post was going to publish the story in October 2020?”
She contends that it had to do with spying, “Well, the FBI was spying on Trump’s then-lawyer Rudy Giuliani’s online cloud, under the pretext of an investigation into alleged foreign-agent registration violations, a probe which conveniently was dropped this year.”
Re @elonmusk #TwitterFiles – FBI spying on Rudy Giuliani’s cloud in 2020 with a covert surveillance warrant. Had access to his emails from John Paul Mac Isaac and me. FBI had #LaptopFomHell and knew it was real. Looks like pre-censoring a legit story https://t.co/HZmSPiRR8d pic.twitter.com/rlnTeK2a7T
— Miranda Devine (@mirandadevine) December 3, 2022
“The covert surveillance warrant on Giuliani gave the FBI access to emails in August 2020 from Delaware computer repair store owner John Paul Mac Isaac disclosing information damaging to Joe Biden from the laptop Hunter Biden had abandoned at his store in April 2019,” Devine continued. “The FBI also had access to my messages with Giuliani in October discussing when The Post would publish the story.”
As they (somebody) say, “A picture is worth a thousand words!” It’s always been right there in living color. The corrupt FBI/DOJ just tried to cover it up.
Then fake news tried to cover up the cover-up. Thank God for Elon Musk for having the balls to help America see the truth!

“The FBI knew that Mac Isaac was a legitimate whistleblower because he had come to them in the fall of 2019 to express national-security concerns about evidence on the laptop of payments to the Biden family from Ukraine and China. On Dec. 9, 2019, two agents arrived at his store with a subpoena and took the laptop and a hard-drive copy,” she stated.
“We know from FBI whistleblowers who have come forward to Republican members of Congress that rogue FBI employees within the Washington Field Office buried the laptop and other information detrimental to Joe Biden before the 2020 election,” Devine remarked.
Definitely need to haul the FBI before Congress to discover who was running this operation since they had the laptop and knew it was legit.

“If Twitter is doing one team’s bidding before an election, shutting down dissenting voices on a pivotal election, that is the very definition of election interference. … Frankly Twitter was acting like an arm of the Democratic National Committee. It was absurd,” Musk said during a Q&A session on Saturday.
However, he didn’t mention the FBI.
Journalist Matt Taibbi, whom Musk chose to break the story, tweeted that “there’s no evidence — that I’ve seen — of any government involvement in the laptop story.”
22. Although several sources recalled hearing about a “general” warning from federal law enforcement that summer about possible foreign hacks, there’s no evidence – that I’ve seen – of any government involvement in the laptop story. In fact, that might have been the problem…
— Matt Taibbi (@mtaibbi) December 3, 2022
That directly contradicts what Roth claimed concerning the FBI warning of a “hack and leak” operation that involved Hunter Biden, as well as Twitter’s lawyers’ response to the FEC in December 2020.
One final tidbit has to do with the resurfacing of Twitter Deputy General Counsel James Baker, a former general counsel at the FBI who was allegedly involved in Russia-collusion plots against Trump.
Taibbi claims that Baker advocated for the New York Post’s story to be censored because “the materials may have been hacked [and] caution is warranted.”
It turns out that Baker joined Twitter just five months before the election and was a personal acquaintance of FBI agent Chan.
