A Pennsylvania man named Isaiah Metz, who allegedly raped four-year-old twins, grinned while being arrested on Tuesday in New York and then took the time to happily spit at a New York Post photographer as he was being booked into a New York City jail.
The 22-year-old from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania was wearing pajama bottoms and no shoes as he was hauled off by a fugitive task force in Yonkers at approximately 11 p.m. on Tuesday after receiving a tip that Metz was hiding out in a homeless shelter.
The perp, also known as Decklyn McBride, had escaped officers while being arrested earlier in the day at the Antonio Olivieri homeless shelter in Midtown Manhattan. He reportedly punched and bit two police officers when they tried to take him into custody at about 4:30 a.m. Both officers were taken to the hospital after the fight but were soon released and were part of Metz’s later arrest, according to the New York Daily News.
Metz fled the shelter after escaping and allegedly disappeared into a subway station, according to Pix 11. Police dogs reportedly tracked him down.

When the police found him, officers cuffed both his hands and feet after tasing him, sources told the New York Post. He was transported to a hospital and then subsequently transferred to the Midtown South Precinct. Metz was charged with assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, and criminal trespassing.
Metz has a stunning 115 charges pending against him in York County, Pennsylvania. Those include three counts of raping a minor and 99 counts of sexual abuse involving pictures and videos. If convicted on all counts he could get 1,000 years in prison, according to Local 12 News. Police say he is a stone-cold sexual predator who is a danger to officers.
The suspect laughed, smiled, and made funny faces as he was escorted by officers. He blew a kiss at the cameras as he was taken to a waiting police car. Officers walked the offender into Central Booking in downtown Manhattan. That was when he spit on the New York Post reporter.

Metz is accused of viciously raping four-year-old twins he lived with after being adopted into a foster family, according to the New York Post.
He watched one of the twin girls on July 24, 2021, while the mother took her sister to the doctor. The child told her mother at bath time that her vagina hurt according to Penn Live.
DNA samples were collected from the child’s underwear and the recliner where the alleged assault took place. The National Center of Missing and Exploited Children later discovered that Metz had posted 42 photos and eight videos of himself sexually abusing the twins. The evidence was found on his phone in February according to court documents.
Isaiah Metz has been apprehended and charged with assaulting two police officers. He will also be brought to justice in Pennsylvania for his outstanding warrants.
