Biden attempts Jedi mind control at DNC meeting, says Dems in ‘strongest position’ in months

President Joe Biden sought to boost morale among his demoralized troops when the “leader” of the free world delivered a rousing speech at the winter meeting of the Democratic National Committee on Thursday.

During his address to the crowd at the Washington Hilton, the president sought to convince party loyalists that things are looking up for Democrats who many observers have suggested will incur catastrophic losses in the upcoming midterm elections when Americans will get their first opportunity on a national level to react to the ruination of his far-left policies, most importantly the punch to the solar plexus from the highest inflation rates in nearly four decades.

With a spring in his step after his big State of the Union address and the media propaganda machine roaring into action to blame the highest gas prices that many have seen in their lifetimes on Russian President Vladimir Putin, Biden struck a tone of optimism that defied polls and, what some might suggest, bordered on delusional.

According to Biden, “Look, coming out of the State of the Union, we are in the strongest position we’ve been in in months,” he said. “We have a record – a record to be proud of, an agenda that addresses the biggest concerns here in America, in people’s lives; the message that resonates.”

And nothing quite resonates in the lives of ordinary Americans like being gouged at the pump, a hidden tax that will have a ripple effect on already strained household budgets as people struggle to tread water and members of his administration hustle the staggering gas prices as an argument for alternative energy sources and electric cars.

Biden also said the quiet part out loud that gaslighting operations are about to increase exponentially, “now what we have to do is we have to sell it with confidence, clarity, conviction, and repetition.”

While Biden preached the gospel of sunshine at the DNC, the reality-based world shows that things continue to be grim for his party, notably a “gut-punching” new Wall Street Journal poll, a survey showing that the embattled POTUS is enjoying public support for his handling of the Ukraine-Russia crisis, his handling of the economy and specifically the inflation that is veritably sucking the blood out of Americans doesn’t fare as well.

According to the WSJ, 57% of voters are not pleased with Biden’s performance, with 47% expressing their opinion that they “strongly disapprove” with a whopping 63 % believing that the country is headed in the wrong direction along with another 60 % not buying the White House’s portrayal of the strength of the economy.

Some took to Twitter to react to Biden’s DNC delusion as well as opining on the dismal situation that has taken root since he took up residence in the White House.

Biden closed his DNC address by laying it on thick.

“We can do anything when we decide to do it together,” he said, as applause erupted.

“When we do it as the United States of America, there’s nothing beyond our capacity,” he said. “So let’s get it done. Let’s remind people what we’ve done and keep it going.”
