With the buzz beginning to build that Hillary Clinton may mount another run for the White House, the embittered sore loser of the 2016 election is back in the news with a cringeworthy promotion trolling her hated nemesis, former President Donald J. Trump.

Clinton took to social media to hawk merchandise in the form of a hat that jabs Trump over the wild claim in a new book by New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman that he clogged toilets in the White House by flushing classified documents, a lurid allegation that has fueled one of the coordinated smear campaigns that were a regular feature during his four-year tenure.

The former Democrat senator and secretary of state announced the hats which read “BUT HER EMAILS” in a Friday post to her Instagram account, referring to the scandal over the messages that were deleted from her private server which Trump frequently brought up during the vicious campaign between two and which contributed to a crushing loss for the woman who seemed to believe that she was entitled to the presidency.

“Just in time for Galentine’s Day, and the news that Trump was flushing documents down White House toilets… A special edition hat is in the Onward Together store now. ⁣
As always, proceeds support the work of our partner groups to protect voting rights, help young progressives run for office, and more.⁣” wrote Clinton.

She also posted a link to her PAC’s store on Twitter.

Clinton’s brutal loss left her with a festering grudge against Trump whom she repeatedly took cheap shots at in the aftermath of the election and the Haberman book, the latest in a line of tell-all tomes penned by insiders and reporters looking to cash in with sensationalistic tales about the ex-POTUS is a perfect opportunity for her to hone her attack skills in the event of a 2024 rematch.

But with Hillary, there is always the whining and one of her toadies, longtime aide Nick Merrill took to Twitter to complain that a story by Haberman’s employer seeking to shame Republicans over their lack of outrage over Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified information by keeping White House records at his Mar-a-Lago residence did not include a statement from the former first lady.

“The @nytimes just printed a story on Trump’s mishandling of classified information. They asked for comment from @HillaryClinton’s office as this exposes his hypocrisy. In typical form, the NYT’s editors declined to print the comment, so posting it here,” Merrill wrote on Twitter.

“The 2-year frenzy over emails was a political Rorschach test, where everyone saw everything different in what was ultimately nothing. Call it sexism, Republican depravity, ratings-hungry media, it’s time we acknowledge it was bulls—, and write that into the history books,” read the statement from Mrs. Clinton’s office that was omitted from the NYT report.

The reaction to Clinton’s “Galentine’s Day” hat offer was ridiculed by Twitter users including Republican Senator Ted Cruz who kept it short and sweet.

“This is just sad,” he wrote.

Others joined in to drag Hillary for what has to rank as one of her most pathetic cries for attention yet.

The new lids are flying off the shelves as diehard Hillary supporters appear to have flooded the online store, ironically resulting in a product shortage, and those seeking to retire their pink “pussy” hats will have to wait for 6-8 weeks before they can proudly parade around in one.

As for Haberman’s wild story on the White House plumbing problems, Trump rejected them as more of the same fakery that drove media coverage during his historic first term.

In a statement from his Save America PAC that he has used to get his message out since being de-platformed from all major social media companies, the once and perhaps future POTUS slammed “Maggot Haberman” in a scathing early review of her book.

“Yet another fake book, by a reporter who knows nothing about me, Maggot Haberman of the New York Times, is making up stories about my relationship with foreign leaders,” Trump said. “She claims I speak with Kim Jong Un of North Korea, but not other world leaders. Wrong!”

Haberman’s book, “Confidence Man: The Making of Donald Trump and the Breaking of America” is set to be released in October and is already number one on Amazon.com in the Federal Government category.
