CNN host Jim Acosta pathetically railed from the set of his new and already failing show “Democracy in Peril” against popular Fox News host Tucker Carlson and the Murdochs, who own the network, calling them “American oligarchs” who pump “bullsh*t” into homes across the country.

Acosta raged against Carlson’s stance on Russia and Ukraine, accusing him of pushing communist propaganda and embracing authoritarianism. He opened up his segment proclaiming that instead of calling Fox News the “bullsh*t factory,” maybe they should be called the “Bolshevik factory.” His lame attempt at being clever was apparently lost on his audience. It was a reference to the communists who formed the Soviet Union.

“You should hear how comrade Tucker sounds when he’s translated into Russian,” Acosta snarked. “As in Russian state television. There it is right there. They’re eating it up like a bowl full of borscht.” He went on to refer to Fox News as Trump state TV.

“Tucker is not just attempting to mainstream authoritarianism. He is, of course, playing divide and conquer for ratings,” Acosta charged.

But while he leveled outrageous accusations against the Fox News host, he blamed the Murdochs for giving him a voice in the first place, especially when it comes to what the leftist labels as vaccine misinformation.

“These vaccines have been proven to be safe and highly effective. And just as Tucker and the Bolshevik factory are acting as a mouthpiece for Putin, they are doing something perhaps even more destructive. With the U.S. Approaching 1 million deaths from Covid, Fox and the people ultimately in charge there, the Murdoch family, are inflaming a public health crisis,” Acosta claimed.

“To the Murdochs, it’s your network. You own this. You own Tucker’s program that’s putting our healthcare workers in peril, putting our hospitals in peril, putting all of us in peril for ratings, for money, so these American oligarchs can keep pumping out bullsh*t into our homes. Now, if only there were a vaccine for all of that,” he unflinchingly asserted in, perhaps, an attempt to elevate his own abysmal ratings.

The Murdochs have become the ever-present boogeyman to the left. Fox News is a never-ending thorn in their collective side and they feel the Murdoch family is standing in their way of complete leftist control of the mainstream media.

Despite Acosta’s over-the-top claims and slanderous accusations aimed at ginning up ratings, it’s not helping his new show much.

Acosta’s new special on Monday was only viewed by 511,000 Americans, which is a far cry from the “millions and millions” that Democratic lawyer Marc Elias claimed were tuning in to watch. The previous week, when Brianna Keilar filled in at 9 p.m. and hosted a special also titled, “Democracy in Peril,” CNN averaged only 555,000 average viewers, according to Fox News.

CNN seems to be having a dreadful time replacing disgraced anchor Chris Cuomo. His ratings were bad but the timeslot’s numbers are significantly worse now it would seem.

During the same time period on Monday, “Hannity” drew nearly three million viewers. “Jesse Watters Primetime” blew Acosta right out of the ballpark with his debut. He had over seven times the viewership Acosta had.

According to Fox News, “Democracy in Peril” on CNN had a smaller audience than reruns of “Friends,” “The Andy Griffith Show,” “Everybody Loves Raymond,” and other programs such as History’s “Ancient Aliens,” Investigation Discovery’s “Web of Lies,” Bravo’s “Summer House” and ESPN’s “SportsCenter AM.”
