Scott Smith, whose teenage daughter was reportedly raped by a 15-year-old boy in a skirt in a school bathroom, told Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Wednesday that the girl has been attacked a second time at Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn, Virginia.
Smith spoke of his relief that the boy was convicted, even though he was only sentenced to supervised probation in a residential treatment facility for his two separate sexual assaults at two different schools. The boy was also ordered to register as a sex offender for life. He pleaded no contest to two counts of forcible sodomy.
Speaking to Carlson, Smith revealed that there are new legal challenges about to take place.
“Man, we’re relieved,” Smith stated. “We’re able to put one felony assault behind us, and start the next one next week.”
Wow that kid who was sexually assaulted in Loudoun County VA Public schools was retaliated against after she came back to school. What a world we live in. Surprised that the family put the kid back in that situation in the first place. Probably had no choice.

The revelation seemed to catch Carlson off-guard who asked what Smith meant.
The plumber responded, “Well, unfortunately, our daughter was physically assaulted the first week of school when she returned this year, and that one was mishandled as well. Ninety days later we finally got charges. That court case starts next week. It’s a felony malicious wounding case.”
He also spoke of his anger over being convicted himself by a Soros-backed attorney for disorderly conduct after angrily exploding at a school board meeting where his daughter was maligned for coming forward on the rape.
Buta Biberaj, who is the Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney, moved to have Smith jailed for the incident, even though she supports avoiding incarcerating convicted criminals when possible. She personally appeared in court to ensure Smith was convicted despite what happened to his daughter.
“I was found guilty on two misdemeanor charges,” Smith said in the interview. “One resisting arrest, one, disorderly conduct.”
“She asked for 10 days in jail per charge, eight suspended per charge. $2,500 fine per charge. Anger management, probation, and my attorney was able to tell the judge that that was ridiculous,” he recounted.
“He found me guilty on both charges. I got 10 days in jail. Suspended upon one year of good behavior. So they basically kind of have me pinned in a corner. That’s where I’m at with that,” Smith noted.
Carlson called the entire affair “disturbing.”
And then the Loudoun County school board called the sheriff’s office to arrest him for “trespassing” when they abruptly ended a public meeting. https://t.co/ATM10drk2X

Smith told the court “this whole thing caused a huge division in our community … We were accused of lying about this sexual assault for political gain. That didn’t go over well with half of Loudoun County, who didn’t patronize our business.”
Scott Smith, the father of one victim, told the court “We were accused of lying about this sexual assault for political gain. That didn’t go over well with half of Loudoun County,” as liberals demonized him as an ignorant bigot for being angry at a school board meeting.

Judge Pamela Brooks, who sentenced the boy, said that his psychological reports were scary and that he needed a lot of help, according to Fox News.
“You scared me. What I read scared me,” she declared justifying why for the first time in her career she was forced to put a juvenile on the national sex offender registry for life.
“Over the years this court has read many psychosexual reports, and when I read yours, frankly, it scared me. It scared me for you, it scared me for society,” the judge admitted concerning his evaluations.
“Young man, you need a lot of help,” the judge added.
Man, I hope VA's new AG does a thorough investigation here, because boy does the Loudoun school board seem negligent. https://t.co/nopMBQGwgx

“I will never do anything like this again,” the boy reportedly vowed. He later cried after the sentence was read and waved goodbye to his parents in the courtroom when he was led out wearing a bun and ankle chains after apologizing to the two girls and their families.
One of the victims accused him of assaulting a third girl. “I hope one day you tell them what you did to that girl,” she remarked, according to the Daily Wire. The judge said a report she reviewed also noted the existence of a third victim.
The 15-year-old female victim who testified that she was sexually assaulted in May read a statement saying she hoped the suspect gets the help he needs in a treatment program, “not a jail cell.”
The boy’s mother wants her son to get help. She also knows that he is deeply disturbed, according to the Daily Mail.
She has previously revealed that her son doesn’t identify as female. He wore the skirt in order to gain access to the girl’s bathroom. She also contends that her son is heterosexual and had consensual sex with the girl twice before.
“He’s a 15-year-old boy that wanted to have sex in the bathroom, with somebody that was willing,” she defensively declared in the interview with the Daily Mail. “And they’re twisting this just enough to make it a political hot button issue.”
The mother, who asked to remain anonymous because she has another son, stated that the boy has an extensive history of misbehavior that included sending nude photos of himself to a girl in fifth grade. He also had fist-fights with classmates.
She finally had enough in October when he phoned her from a juvenile detention center following his second arrest.
“He asked me how I was doing, and I said, ‘I’m broken, I’m shattered, you shattered me,'” she recounted. “Do you have any idea what you’ve done to me, what you’ve done to your family?”
“‘No, what did I do?” he replied.
She then handed the problem to the boy’s father.
“At that point, I was like, ‘You know what? I love you, I always will, I will do everything I can to always be there for you in any capacity possible,'” the mother said. “But I told him – ‘You need to call your father from now on. Do not call me. I need to heal, and I need you to figure this out for yourself.'”
‘My son’s gone through multiple forms of counseling and therapy, resources here, at school, friends, family. It’s been 15 years of hell trying to get him to do better and be better,” she charged.
The verdict was ripped on social media:

His psychosexual report made the judge scared for society, yet he’s allowed to be free in society. Awesome.

Meanwhile the dad who raised the cover up of his daughter’s rape at the school board meeting and arrested was sentenced to 10 days prison suspended for a year. A disgrace.

Coddle the criminal. The new mantra of the left. Victims left in their wake be damned.

So the boy in Loudoun co that raped 2 girls in 2 diff schools as he wore skirts was sentenced.
The judge knowing the details of the accounts told him, he frightened her.
The media smeared the dad of one girl that attended a school board meeting. He was rightfully angry. The NYT

So anyone at LCPS want to confess why the serial rapist was protected by the Loudoun Democratic Party machine?
Is he the kid of someone important? Is that why he was allowed to continue his rape spree?

I think it’s important remember the amount of distraction and denial from the authorities and supporters that preceded the whole thing. Right up until the point they had to admit what had happened, mainly because the poor girls father had to get himself arrested making the point.
