TV host Charlamagne Tha God sat down for a remote interview with Kamala Harris on Friday that ended with the Vice President wagging her finger in his face and chastising him not to “talk like a Republican” after he asked her who was really President.

“I want to know who the real President of this country is — is it Joe Biden, or Joe Manchin?” Charlamagne asked during his Comedy Central show, “Tha God’s Honest Truth,” while he and Harris discussed Democratic Sen. Manchin’s opposition to Biden’s Build Back Better legislation on Capitol Hill.

“C’mon, Charlamagne,” she said. “No, no, no, no, it’s Joe Biden,” she repeated as he tried to interrupt and explain his reasoning for the question.

“And don’t start talking like a Republican, about asking whether or not he’s President. … And it’s Joe Biden, it’s Joe Biden and I’m Vice President and my name is Kamala Harris,” she bristled raising her voice and angrily putting the host in his place.

Harris went on to lecture Charlamagne Tha God on the Democrat’s razor-thin majority in the Senate, declaring that Republicans stood against the administration’s agenda. The Vice President is the deciding vote on ties in the Senate which means that the left controls all of Congress and the White House. And yet, they have been stymied at every turn by their own members because they cannot come to a consensus on agenda items.

“I think it’s a mistake to try and think about this only through the lens of Democrats versus Democrats, when the fact is Republicans are consistently and unanimously standing in the way of progress,” Harris told him, lamely attempting to lay the blame on conservatives.

“Right now, we are debating whether democracies actually can survive or is autocracy better, which is basically one person or one group telling everybody what they should do,” Harris said concerning voting rights legislation. “This is what’s at stake right now for America. And you can tell I’m a bit frustrated — more than that, actually — that people are making this into a partisan issue instead of stepping up to say save our democracy.”

Just as Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her “Squad” have been doing incessantly, Harris went on to tout progressive line items such as the child tax credit, which she claims will lower “black child poverty by 50%.”

“I hear the frustration, but let’s not deny the impact that we’ve had and agree also that there is a whole lot more work to be done and it is not easy to do,” she said. “But we will not give up and I will not give up.”

Charlamagne Tha God wasted no time after that, prostrating himself before Harris and telling her she needs to be the “superhero who saves democracy.” He told her he prefers the fieriness she showed when answering him about who the real president is.

“That Kamala Harris — that’s the one I like,” he proclaimed.

Harris typically stepped in it Friday after that interview, discussing with the Los Angeles Times the Biden administration’s cluelessness on the Delta and Omicron variants.

“We didn’t see Delta coming,” she disingenuously told the media outlet. “I think most scientists did not — upon whose advice and direction we have relied — didn’t see Delta coming. We didn’t see Omicron coming. And that’s the nature of what this, this awful virus has been, which as it turns out, has mutations and variants.”

Charlamagne Tha God may revere Harris, but pretty much no one else does:
