Viral footage accuses Dems of donning masks for cameras: ‘Why we don’t trust these people’

Democrats were pictured dutifully donning face masks during the 20th anniversary of 9/11 at a memorial ceremony photo-op and then taking them off and ignoring social distancing the minute they believed the cameras had left.

A now-infamous photo shows President Biden pulling down his face mask to seemingly yell at someone while those surrounding him cringed. Despite being outdoors, everyone had a mask on.

One viral tweet astutely stated, “The RONA theatre is not required when they think the cameras are off….”

The photos and footage suggest that liberal lawmakers are pretending to be deathly afraid of the virus when the cameras roll, but not so much when they aren’t. A gaggle of Democrats can be seen gathering at the event.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi hypocritically took her mask off and had a close conversation with another woman. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand and Gov. Kathy Hochul are masked one minute for the photo-op and unmasked the next while speaking with one another up close and personal.

Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Jerry Nadler (D-NY) were also in the crowd socializing and chatting away according to civil rights attorney and talk show host Leo Terrell.

It is notable that all of the Democrats present were reportedly vaccinated. Their masking up is political grandstanding and is evidently a ploy to justify harsh mask and vaccine mandates across the nation. The photos and video engender even more distrust among the American people.

Navy SEAL Carl Higbie tweeted, “Before the cameras arrived vs after… COVID theater. This is why we don’t trust these people.”

The distrust of President Biden and officials in his administration runs deep these days on everything from COVID to Afghanistan to taxation.

And the hypocrisy of those such as U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) doesn’t seem to give any Democrat pause in the least.

She appeared at a Met Gala in New York City on Monday night, where the wealthy meet, socialize, and mingle, dressed in a $10,000 dress that had “Tax the Rich” emblazoned on her backside. She smilingly stood for photo-op after photo-op evidently not realizing or caring that the ones she is calling on to be taxed are those surrounding her.

Tickets started at $30,000 for the event according to the Associated Press. That’s an incredible statement by a Democratic Socialist who claims to be fighting for the working class.

Again, there were no masks or social distancing at the “sophisticated” elitist event.

Democrats have been caught violating their own COVID edicts repeatedly. This is yet one more instance that highlights that there is ostensibly one set of rules for the liberal ruling class and another for the rest of America.
