Left-leaning networks like CNN and MSNBC, which have blindly protected and praised Biden, have come out with crushing criticisms as devastating images unfold of the desperation in Afghanistan as the Islamist terrorist group swept into power while Biden went silent and White House press secretary Jen Psaki went on vacation.
“Biden claimed the Taliban wouldn’t overrun the country,” the Republican National Committee tweeted Monday, with a compilation of news clips on Biden’s mishandling of the unfolding disaster.
“Afghanistan is a disaster and Joe Biden is nowhere to be found.”

“The jury is still out. But the likelihood there’s going to be the Taliban overrunning everything and owning the whole country is highly unlikely,” Biden said in July.
But as Kabul, the capital and largest city of Afghanistan fell to overtaking Taliban forces, Biden is hiding away and only indicated he would address the situation in a few days. And this time, the left-leaning media has no way to justify the actions, instead aggressively pushing back on the president and his catastrophic policies.
CNN’s Jake Tapper blasted the Biden White House as “flat-footed” in handling the “tragic foreign policy disaster” in Afghanistan.
“That is, of course, a sharp turn-around from six weeks ago when President Biden called it highly unlikely that the Taliban would overrun the country, an assessment that even at the time struck many experts in Biden’s own administration as unrealistic,” Tapper said “State of the Union” Sunday. “Now, as American diplomats rush to shred embassy documents and escape, it seems shocking that President Biden could have been so wrong.”
The video montage released Monday shows several clips of the questions being raised about Biden’s whereabouts, his deafening silence in the wake of the tragic events in the Middle East, and the humiliating events being characterized as “Biden’s Afghanistan Disaster.”
“Our U.S. troops deserve better,” the video captions read. “Biden failed. Americans are less safe.”
