Lebanese-American porn star Mia Khalifa is no stranger to condemning Israel, but the adult-film actress went much deeper with her contempt for the Jewish state in a series of tweets over the weekend.
The remarkable thing about Khalifa taking a misguided stand on principle is that she has participated in graphic sex scenes while wearing a hijab — which would result in a death sentence should she find herself in certain Middle East enclaves.
Khalifa, now a former porn star, posted an image of herself drinking a glass of wine, along with the caption: “My wine is older than your apartheid ‘state.'”
There are two bottles in the foreground, including a 1943 bottle of champagne that social media noted was produced in Nazi-occupied France.

No shame in her game, Khalifa talked about her beverage of choice being a “sediment for daysssss” in another tweet.
In a third tweet, she added: “For anyone wondering….. it tasted like Madeira.” For the proper effect, she included a death skull emoji.

The tweets drew plenty of pushback, including a response from The Dispatch editor-in-chief Jonah Goldberg.
“Put aside this is Vichy wine,” Goldberg tweeted. “I love how Israel haters cast It as young. Yes the modern state of Israel was founded in ‘48 — but that’s 10 years *before* Iraq’s founding and five before Egypt’s. The *nation* of Israel (and Egypt) are *very* old.”
As mentioned above, Khalifa has posted multiple tweets condemning Israel. The tweet below was shared on May 17.
Good morning. The only threat to democracy in the Middle East is Israel♥️

To get a feel for how naïve and uninformed she is, Khalifa’s response to a social media user stating that Israel “is the only country in the Middle East where you wouldn’t be stoned to death in the street,” was to say she would “take my chances” in Saudi Arabia or Syria.
Khalifa doesn’t seem to realize that the Muslim population in Israel is somewhere around 1.5 million.
I’ll take my chances in Saudi and Syria, that “born in: Lebanon” on my passport wouldn’t go over well in “Israel” https://t.co/cuQkih7CCN

Khalifa “retired” from the porn industry after just “three months and 12 scenes,” the narrative goes, but she drew death threats from Islamic extremists, including from ISIS, for wearing a hijab while performing and could no longer safely travel to some Muslim majority countries.
She has said she is “ashamed” of her stint in the industry, and has been critical of it, claiming she only earned $12,000 for the scenes she did. The adult film company and its associates reportedly claimed to have paid Khalifa $178,000.
While Khalifa stopped making adult films, she continues camming for another year or so — camming is performing sexual activities on a webcam for paying clients.
And she continues to exploit the name made famous by engaging in crude sex acts before cameras, her name at birth was Sarah Chamoun.
Here’s a sampling of other responses to the story from Twitter:
Your shitty group of terrorists has never won a war in the entire time that bottle of wine existed. https://t.co/zbTFf2JLXv

She should try drinking that wine in Gaza and see how fast she flees to Tel Aviv. https://t.co/XHWQuyw7Lq

Owning the Jewish state by proudly drinking wine from Vichy France.
About right, yes.
BTW, it’s also older than Pakistan. Algeria. Benin. Botswana… So what’s your point, Mia? https://t.co/vIcun5GLoJ

You’re drinking wine made in 1943 Nazi-occupied France, while denying thousands of years of Jewish history in our ancestral homeland.
Glad you found the perfect pairing for your antisemitism!
