For decades the Democrat Party has run a successful marketing campaign to convince young Americans that being a Democrat is “cool” and being a Republican or conservative is not. But even as conservatives reject the Democrat Party, too many have subconsciously accepted their premise. Our habitual defensive posture and hesitation to speak out boldly is evidence of our acceptance of this false narrative. The “silent majority” is tantamount to an “ashamed majority.”

The Democrat Party cultivates and exhorts the worst traits of mankind, chief among them the “victim” mentality. The victim, of course, rejects personal responsibility, seeks to escape accountability by blaming another, and embraces government dependency. The Democrat believes it is another’s duty to care for them and provide for them. It is an admission by the Democrats that they are weak, irresponsible, and incapable of providing for themselves or their family. Being a victim isn’t “cool.”

When it comes to abortion, the Democrat professes it is “their body, their choice.” But it’s also their responsibility to deal with the repercussions of an unwanted pregnancy. Despite the abundant availability of birth control, condoms, and plan B, the Democrat believes it is their right to engage in unprotected and irresponsible sexual behavior and then demand it is also their right to have the federal government and our taxpayer dollars pay for their abortions.

The same Democrat who demands federally subsidized abortion opposes capital punishment. They simultaneously profess the Government should not be involved in the taking of any American lives — even guilty murderers — but demand federally subsidized abortion on demand because they profess the Government should be involved in the taking of innocent babies’ lives. The Democrat is illogical — hardly “cool.”

Nor is being a Democrat synonymous with being intelligent, as so many profess. Even as Democrats flee blue states like California, which are wholly controlled by the Democrat Party, these same Democrats continue to pledge their allegiance to the very party responsible for the destruction from which they are escaping. Insanity is frequently defined as doing the same thing twice and expecting different results. Being “insane” is hardly “cool.”

The Democrat is unquestionably insane. Despite being lied to by Democrat politicians and their propagandists in the media for years regarding “Russia collusion,” for example, the same Democrat continues to consider these same sources “credible.” Gullibility is hardly “cool.” In fact, it’s embarrassing.

Consider that while Democrats robotically and eagerly breathe in their own CO2 through their double-masked exhalations, they believe that CO2 is responsible for “man-made climate change.” They believe that available surface temperature data on Earth going back 141 years out of a 4.54 billion year history is definitive proof of man’s causation of warming temperatures — despite warmer and colder temperatures predating man’s presence on earth. Democrats are neither rational, skeptical, or curious. Instead, they are fearful, subservient sheep, who believe in conspiracy theories — hardly “cool.”

Nor are Democrats solution oriented. As a matter of fact, the Democrat’s barometer for success is the intention, rather than the result. Democrats applauded draconian lockdowns and mask mandates because the “intention” was to save lives. Even as cases and deaths rose in slave states like California, while falling in free states like Florida, Democrats continued to robotically ridicule Floridians, defy reality, and arrogantly profess their moral superiority for remaining locked down. The Democrat relinquishes his or her ability to think freely or rationally, and instead blindly adopts the irrational thinking of another. They are dependent, rather than independent. Dependency is hardly “cool.”

Being a Democrat is easy. It requires no effort, whatsoever. The Democrat flees personal responsibility and accountability at every turn. They mask their laziness in the veil of arrogance and their impropriety under the guise of victimhood. The Democrat mentality is that of a selfish child, who demands something for nothing; a jealous child who resents the success of another; and a hateful child, who attacks anyone who dares reveal their incompetence.

In contrast, being a conservative is hard. It requires much effort. The Conservative seeks responsibility and demands accountability. Far from lazy, the conservative doesn’t believe they are owed anything, but relishes the opportunity to prove himself or herself. The conservative mentality is that of the Founding Fathers; who, unlike the leftist Democrat, rebels against authoritarians.

This greatest Nation in the history of the world wasn’t built on the backs of Democrat victims and miscreants, who worship at the alter of the state; but by radical men and women, who worship at the alter of freedom and self-reliance. In truth, Democrats are lazy, uninformed losers. We conservatives are the backbone of America.

While countless conservatives lament the reprogramming of other Americans’ brains by the Democrat Party to adopt the un-American ideas of Government dependence, irresponsibility, unaccountability, and victimhood, they fail to acknowledge the reprogramming of their own brains to feel bashful or apologetic for being conservative. If we want to contribute to saving the country, we conservatives have to stop being defensive and apologetic and begin being loud, proud, and unapologetic.

It’s not cool to be a Democrat. It is cool to be a conservative. Start acting like it – stand tall, be confident, and spread the word.
