Gina Carano fires back at former-Sen. Heidi Heitkamp for heinous assertions: ‘You knew you were liable’

Actress Gina Carano was quick to fire back at former U.S. Sen. Heidi Heitkamp after the Democrat’s heinous attack against her.

Carano starred in Disney’s Star Wars spinoff, “The Mandalorian,” until she became a victim of  cancel culture, getting fired for provocative social media posts that may have veered a little too far to the right for Hollywood’s tastes.

Heitkamp appeared on the recent episode of HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher,” and called Carano a “Nazi” and said she was “involved with white supremacy.”

The actress let the politician know that she may very well be liable for defamation.

“Here we have more of the dehumanizing phase of cancel culture,” Carano tweeted. “Repeat lies over and over until the population takes them as ‘truth’. False, disturbing & disgusting language coming from a former US Senator. @HeidiHeitkamp You knew as soon as you said it you were liable.”

Host Bill Maher was doing a segment on cancel culture with a panel that included Heitkamp.

“I don’t want to talk about cancel culture and this nonsense every week, but I just don’t think people understand how much this is a tsunami, how fast the goalposts change, almost on a weekly basis,” he said.

Maher mentioned Carano’s name and Heitkamp interjected, “She was a Nazi.”

When challenged on the absurd assertion by Reason editor-in-chief Nick Gillespie, and the Democrat countered, “She does hang with white supremacists.”

“I suppose I’m now subject to defamation,” Heitkamp added.

“I think we have to be really careful,” she added. “There’s two things the Republicans think they’re going to get Biden on: cancel culture and this whole Dr. Seuss stuff that’s going on, where they’re reading ‘Green Eggs and Ham’ — proving that some of these senators can actually read — and immigration. So, we can’t ignore the fact that we got Donald Trump, within part, because of political correctness.”

And to think this woman sat in the U.S. Senate for six years.

If there was a common theme to the online responses to the story it would center on Carano suing the “living piss” out of Heitkamp:
