The danger in BIG Tech giants aggressively censoring views they disagree with is that it sets a precedent, under the banner of righteousness, that such actions are warranted.
A precedent that compels others to follow in their footsteps, as seen on Wednesday when ABC News reportedly deleted a video posted earlier of Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisc., talking about illegitimate elections — which produce illegitimate presidents.
The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, chaired by Johnson, held a hearing Wednesday to examine irregularities in the presidential election that contained some contentious moments (more on that below).
“The fact that our last two presidential elections have not been accepted as legitimate, by large percentages of the American public is a serious problem that threatens our republic,” Johnson said in the clip that was deleted, according to a screenshot taken by Twitchy.
At the same time, ABC News left standing a clip of Sen. Gary Peters, D-Mich., the ranking member on the panel, complaining that concerns about the integrity of our elections “weakens our democracy.”
“Amplifying these obviously false narratives about fraud or irregularities corrodes public trust; it threatens national security; and it weakens our democracy and our standing around the world,” Peters said.

But the inferred bias didn’t stop there, as ABC News also left intact a clip of Peters’ invited witness, Chris Krebs, the former head of the Homeland Security Department’s cybersecurity agency, assuring people the election was “secure.”
“While elections are sometimes messy, this was a secure election—of that I have no doubt,” Krebs testified.

Krebs was fired by President Trump last month after claiming there was no evidence of voter fraud, calling the 2020 election the “most secure in American history.”
Below is a clip of Johnson ripping Democrats on the panel for their hypocrisy of claiming the committee had taken Russian disinformation from Ukrainian officials with ties to Russia, calling the accusation “galling” while accusing Hillary Clinton’s campaign and the DNC of being “purveyors of Russian disinformation,” while citing the discredited Steel dossier used by the FBI to spy on Trump.
He began by calling out Democrats for falsely claiming the Hunter Biden scandal was “Russian disinformation.”
.@SenRonJohnson: “You lied repeatedly in the press that I was spreading Russian disinformation…I told you to stop…”@SenGaryPeters: “This is not about airing your grievances. I don’t know what rabbit hole you’re running down…”

“This is not disinformation, this hearing today,” Johnson said. “This is getting information we have to take a look at to restore confidence in our election integrity. We’re not going to be able to just move on without bringing up these irregularities, examining them, and providing an explanation.”
How effective Johnson is in calling attention to voting irregularities in the election is seen in the full on meltdown on the left:

Ron Johnson is a traitor and a liar who belongs in prison. #RussianRon

It’s cute how the media keeps asking why GOP Senator Ron Johnson is still doing Trump’s bidding to the detriment of his own career, as if the answer is a mystery. The answer is that Ron Johnson is a Kremlin asset. Everyone knows it. Just say it already.

this hearing is an ad for voting out @SenRonJohnson and not letting the anti-fact, anti-democracy R’s get a Senate majority

When we take the Senate majority, we need to have hearings on Ron Johnson’s abuse of his committee hearings.
