Top conservative talker and Fox News host Mark Levin blasted Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden in a Twitter thread Wednesday for undermining President Donald Trump with claims of being the “president-elect.”
“We DO NOT have two presidents at the same time. Biden’s boorish conduct, holding policy press conferences, attending official events, discussing foreign policy with heads’ of state, etc., is truly appalling. And the media are encouraging this, of course,” began Levin, who is also a lawyer and noted constitutional expert.
“Biden has no respect for the constitutional system, and it is HE is an embarrassment and defying the constitution and the law. The electoral process — with state canvassing, recounts, and litigation — is not over. It takes more than 8 days,” he continued.

“And the serious issues are ubiquitous due, in part, to the premeditated pre-November 3 litigation strategies of the Biden campaign, the Democrat Party, and their surrogates in over 300 lawsuits they brought to change the rules and weaken election safeguards,” Levin added.
“Biden’s ‘president-elect’ declarations are truly the stuff of a tyrant. God forbid, should he become president, it is clear he will govern the same way as it is the way of the radical Left. While this is an uphill fight, it is a fight that MUST go forward!” Levin concluded.

Levin’s pushback comes as President Trump’s reelection campaign and its surrogates have filed challenges and lawsuits in a number of states alleging voter irregularities and fraud.
Also, some states including Georgia are going to do recounts because vote tallies were so close.
In a segment with Fox News’ Bill Hemmer on Tuesday, Matt Schlapp, president of the American Conservative Union, said the Trump campaign had discovered “thousands” of ballots in Nevada that were illegally cast.
“There’s a mantra going on in the media that there’s no evidence, that there’s no proof” of fraud, he said. “When I went out to Nevada, I thought I’d see a little bit of fraud there, a little bit of problems there, that’s what you normally find on the ground.
“I’ve never been to a place where we’ve been able to demonstrate almost immediately thousands and thousands of improper ballots,” Schlapp continued. “And we haven’t even gotten to the mother lode of the mail-in ballots.
Meanwhile, in an interview with Fox Business Network’s Maria Bartiromo on Sunday, former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell, who is part of the president’s legal team, said multiple issues have allegedly been found with Dominion balloting software, which was at the center of some controversy last week in Antrim County, Mich.
“The computer glitches could not and should not have happened at all,” Powell said, adding that “is where the fraud took place, where they were flipping votes in the computer system or adding voters that did not exist.”
“We need an audit of all of the computer systems that played any role in this fraud whatsoever. And you know, Joe Biden had it right, he said he had the biggest voter fraud organization ever, and he didn’t need people’s votes now, he would need people later,” Powell continued.
“They had this all planned, Maria. They had the algorithms, they had the paper ballots waiting to be inserted if and when needed, and notably, President Trump’s vote in the blue states went up enormously,” she added. “That’s when they had to stop the vote count and go in and replace votes for Biden and take away Trump votes.”
