U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sam Alito issued a temporary order requiring counties in Pennsylvania to segregate ballots that arrived after 8 p.m. on Election Day. The late ballots are to be kept in a secure, sealed container — to be counted separately, if at all.

Pennsylvania election officials were already supposed to be separating the late ballots, but Republicans say they did not do this. The person in charge of overseeing vote-counting in Pennsylvania is Democrat secretary of state, Kathy Boockvar — who has publicly declared her anti-Trump animus on Twitter.

Fox News’ Shannon Bream reported:  “Justice Alito has issued an Order that any ballots received after 8 pm on election day in PA be segregated and secured – and if counted, counted separately. There is a petition pending before SCOTUS.”

Bream continued: “Neither the applicant (PA GOP) nor the Secretary has been able to verify that all boards are complying with the Secretary’s guidance — which, it is alleged — is not legally binding on them.”

Bream explained:  “This segregating/securing was already supposed to be happening. PA GOP told SCOTUS today that neither it nor the PA Secretary of Commonwealth could get all the county boards of election to confirm they were actually complying. Now there’s a SCOTUS Order.”

Hours later, the Pennsylvania Democrat Party filed their opposition to Alito’s order.

They claim that the Pennsylvania GOP offered no evidence “that county boards failed to follow” the directive from the Pennsylvania [secretary of state] to segregate/secure votes received after 8 p.m. on election day.”

The Pennsylvania GOP had asked Justice Alito to stop the vote-counting, on the grounds that the ballots being counted weren’t all valid. However, Alito did not grant this request, so the vote-counting in the state continues today.

There have been numerous alarming irregularities, statistical anomalies that defy belief, and apparent rules violations by the left in the election, so much so that millions of Americans — and numerous people abroad — say this year’s race is irreparably compromised.

Among them are whistleblower complaints that:

Former U.S. Attorney Andrew McCarthy said Alito’s ruling ordering the segregation of late votes may be too little, too late because if there was fraud, it already happened.

McCarthy remarked: “Locking barn after horse is out. Just because Pennsylvania *promised* to segregate late-arriving ballots didn’t guarantee they would do so. Now, Justice Alito has ordered them to do it…but have they been doing so?”

The Trump campaign has filed multiple lawsuits in multiple states, alleging mass election fraud on the part of Democrats, which they vowed to expose. They say if all legal votes are counted, President Trump handily won this election.

Numerous commentators noted that this legal battle is not about Donald Trump. It’s about Americans being able to be confident that the United States has a fair election process that is not rigged by the media, fake polls, and Big Tech censorship.
