Rudy Giuliani fired back at the “complete fabrication” of a scene in the new “Borat” film that appeared to find him in a compromising position in a hotel room.
President Trump’s lawyer slammed being pranked by Sacha Baron Cohen for his upcoming film as a “hit job” and suggested he was being targeted for his part in exposing corruption connected to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden. In tweets fired off Wednesday, Giuliani also teased that he is preparing “much bigger dumps” of Biden information.
“The Borat video is a complete fabrication. I was tucking in my shirt after taking off the recording equipment,” Giuliani wrote on Twitter Wednesday after reports of the scene in the new “Borat” sequel which will be streaming Friday on Amazon Prime.
The former New York City mayor was apparently tricked into believing he was giving an interview with a conservative journalist who turned out to be 24-year-old actress Maria Bakalova. After the fake interview, he was invited to a hotel suite for a drink and chat where the actress helped him remove the microphone from in his shirt. Giuliani explained that a questionable image of him laying back on the bed was simply his effort to tuck his shirt back into his pants.

The media ran with the story that the 76-year-old Giuliani was “caught” with his hands in his pants in a hotel room with a young woman. He fired back at the accusations on Twitter and addressed them in his WABC radio podcast.
“At no time before, during, or after the interview was I ever inappropriate,” he tweeted. “If Sacha Baron Cohen implies otherwise he is a stone-cold liar.”

He even noted that the New York Post concluded that the image appeared to be “exaggeration through editing.” Giuliani had already spoken to the newspaper back in July after the spoof interview, saying he did not immediately recognize Baron Cohen, who burst in on the scene in the film. But Giuliani did note that he did think the whole thing “must be a scam or a shake-down, so I reported it to the police.”

As soon as I realized it was a set up I called the police, which has been noted in THR article on July 8th.

On his WABC talk show Wednesday afternoon, Giuliani slammed Baron Cohen as an “idiot.” he explained that as the electronic equipment used in the fake interview was removed, “some of it was in the back and my shirt came a little out, although my clothes were entirely on.”
“I leaned back, and I tucked my shirt in, and at that point, they have this picture they take, which looks doctored, but in any event, I’m tucking my shirt in. I assure you that’s all I was doing,” he added.
Trump’s lawyer told listeners that “everybody in Hollywood hates me” and he is convinced the set-up and media coverage are due to his involvement in exposing Hunter Biden’s questionable foreign business dealings, and the contents of his laptop computer.
“It’s not an accident that it happens that I turn in all this evidence on their prince and darling Joe Biden, who’s one of the biggest crooks of the last 30 years,” Giuliani said.
“This is an effort to blunt my relentless exposure of the criminality and depravity of Joe Biden and his entire family,” he wrote on Twitter.
(4) We are preparing much bigger dumps off of the hard drive from hell, of which Joe Biden will be unable to defend or hide from. I have the receipts.
