Fox News host Laura Ingraham unveiled a new Americanism that is needed as Democrats continue their radical slide to the left.

The host of the “Ingraham Angle” addressed what would make up the “new normal” for the Republican Party during her monologue on Monday, beginning with a look at how presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden has officially strayed from his moderate stance on policies.

“The Biden campaign has made it official. No more Mr. Moderate from Wilmington. Over the July 4 weekend, he pledged to fundamentally transform the United States,” Ingraham said, referring to a tweet from the former vice president.

“Translation? A grab bag of Squad-approved measures that begin with massive wealth confiscation — it’s coming your way,” Ingraham warmed.

“Your money is going to be used to fund a war on oil and gas, regulatory harassment of businesses, massive amnesty and a flood of foreign workers and refugees, gun compensation from citizens on bogus grounds, a radicalization of our schools… Free health care — including medical marijuana — for illegals, government-run health care and of course, reparations,” she predicted.

Anyone opposed to the the agenda will face “retribution,” the Fox News host added.

“The DOJ, the FBI, OSHA, the NSA — are going to be activated against hardworking Americans who still believe in freedom,” Ingraham said, comparing the government strong-arming to recent moves by state leaders making Americans “bend and relinquish their rights … for the greater good.”

“This is nothing to do with the virus, which is overwhelmingly survivable for most Americans,” Ingraham said, referring to the coronavirus and the various orders by Democratic governors seeking to extend lockdowns and maintain control in the name of containing COVID-19.

“And these draconian and arbitrary moves are about politics and power,” Ingraham said before going on to explain the needed new doctrine from the GOP.

“I realize this may upset the dozens of well-funded Trump-hating Republicans out there, nevertheless, our new normal will be ardently anti-leftist, fervently pro-American and a relentlessly pro-worker party,” she said.

“Have you noticed how many Republicans have been heading for the hills when the going has gotten tough in recent months? I can count on one, maybe two hands the number of people who are leading the push against BLM, Antifa, even China, and now, of course, the Democrats’ attacks on basic American institutions …” she added.

“Supporting only those who fight to save America,” was the first of the new Americanism Ingraham put forth.

“So before you give a dime to a conservative group or a think tank or a candidate, or a campaign, ask yourself — where were they when we needed them?” she said.

“Number two: preserving our history, our Declaration, and Constitution. We will proudly protect our national holidays and our monuments and some of the names of our states and cities, and we will embark on an effort to educate America on the greatness of our Founders and key historical events in our progress,” the Fox News host continued.

“Number three, no more lockdowns,” she asserted.

“Viruses are a fact of life, and it’s very sad. And sometimes, as with COVID-19, there will be awful, tragic results. We need to try to find treatments,” Ingraham acknowledged.

“But trampling on our basic rights and wrecking businesses, ruining livelihoods, bankrupting our country, is simply no longer an option,” she contended.

Ingraham went on to lay out the other tenets of the “new normal,” including keeping children in school and calling teachers “essential workers.” Government leaders also need to be reined in, she argued, saying there needs to be a stop to “endless edicts” while “actual laws” should be encouraged.

“Hands off our places of worship,” Ingraham said as she presented the sixth principle. “Freedom of worship is essential to many Americans.”

She rounded out the monologue with the final steps, “no coddling of criminals,” economic policies that focus on the America-first view and to “call out companies that continue to prop up China while railing against the U.S.” She also called to defund colleges and universities as well as a move to “cancel the cancel culture” in the country, promising to respond to attempts to silence conservatives by firing back with lawsuits and “buycotts,” as in the case of Goya foods.

“A populist conservatism was precisely the type of new normal that Trump ran on in 2016,” Ingraham said at the end of her monologue, noting that the “GOP establishment” have not only never been comfortable with that, they are actually looking forward to getting back to the “good old days” of the 1990s and 2000s.

Finally, Ingraham warned that if Trump is not reelected, Democrats “led by hapless Joe” Biden will “run roughshod” over everything Americans have worked for.

“Anyone looking closely at Biden closely knows the only new thing he’s capable of is the old misery,” she said.
