Two New York Police Department (NYPD) officers who were clearly fed up with the shenanigans of America’s left-wing rioters finally decided to literally strike back Saturday.
In video clips that are been cheered by those who believe in law and order, the cops could be seen responding to an unruly crowd that was pelting their cruiser with objects by hitting the gas and pile-driving through the heartless hooligans like linebackers.

Watch the second video below:
Even far-left Mayor Bill de Blasio is defending the officers involved.
“I’m not going to blame officers who were trying to deal with an absolutely impossible situation. The folks who were converging on that police car did the wrong thing to begin with, and they created an untenable situation,” he reportedly said in a statement after the clips went viral.
“I wish the officers had found a different approach, but let’s begin at the beginning. The protesters in that video did the wrong thing to surround that police car, period.”
Noted left-wing journalist Yashar Ali disagreed:
It’s hard to remain peaceful when the NYPD is doing stuff like this pic.twitter.com/Ue01z5Ckk3
— Yashar Ali 🐘 (@yashar) May 31, 2020
However, plenty of plebeians among the public disagreed with him:
The lack of respect to police globally is sickening. The majority of police are doing a job many of us wouldn’t do. They put THEIR lives on the line to protect US. These violent protesters deserve what they get!

It’s hard for cops to do their job when people are putting barricades in front of their cars and throwing objects at their cars.
What do you expect them to do?
— RD (@real_defender) May 31, 2020
Yashar I respect and appreciate you. But these officers are surrounded by a massive crowd banging on the windows of their car at all sides. They didn’t run people over. They’re trying to push the cars through so they can get to safety.
It’s not a good option, but the only one.

Nobody was hurt, snowflake.
And those people were violently attacking another officer car right next to them.
— John (‘By the Book’) Parshon (@JohnParshon) May 31, 2020
They’re being attcked from all sides like it’s the zombie F’n apocalypse. What do ppl honestly expect them to do? Get taken over and have their cars set on fire with them in it? Why has common sense even disappeared from the most logical left?
— Tenacious AF (@tenacious_O) May 31, 2020
Sorry, Mr. Ali, but it appears you’ve been outvoted.
Note that the NYPD’s lone act of retaliation comes as the department is reeling from an attempted quadruple murder by yet another deranged left-wing rioter.
“A New York woman has been charged with four counts of attempted murder after throwing a molotov cocktail at an NYPD van occupied by multiple police officers,” Fox News reported late Saturday.
“Samantha Shader, 27, of Catskill, additionally faces charges for attempted arson, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon, and assault. …The device reportedly didn’t explode and all four officers inside were able to escape.”
Yet ironically but not surprisingly, left-wing Mayor de Blasio is now coming under fire from members of his side of the political aisle for daring to do the right thing for a rare change and stand up for his beleaguered police officers.
And of course, the most scathing criticism is emanating from the blue checkmark “Resistance”: (**Language warning)
NYPD officers just drove an SUV into a crowd of human beings. They could‘ve killed them, &we don’t know how many they injured.
— Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) May 31, 2020
Tonight would be an excellent right for @NYCMayor to resign.
— Molly Jong-Fast🏡 (@MollyJongFast) May 31, 2020
Wait, is he still the Mayor?
— Julian Zelizer (@julianzelizer) May 31, 2020
As I watch the video again of the NYPD vehicle attempting to run over protesters, I am even more sickened by @NYCMayor’s response last night.
The vehicle was not surrounded. The officers had multiple options to deescalate the situation. Instead they drove into a crowd. Criminal.
— Michael Skolnik (@MichaelSkolnik) May 31, 2020
Wow @NYCMayor truly is the worst at this. Pathetic.
— John Jannuzzi (@johnjannuzzi) May 31, 2020
When your police officers intentionally hurt innocent New Yorkers last night and there was video the prove it, this is all you said:
DeBlasio: “I wish the officers hadn’t done that.”
When you wonder why people literally HATE YOU, it’s corrupt shit like that.

Yet not a single one of these “Resistance” members have shrieked as indignantly about the chaos and havoc that’s been wrought across the nation by their beloved rioters.
These rioters have burnt down businesses, looted stores, nearly killed bystanders, attacked the police and destroyed lives.
So what are members of the blue checkmark “Resistance” doing in response to the real evil? They’re donating money to the perpetrators, of course.
