Speaker Nancy Pelosi blasted President Trump’s handling of the COVID-19 crisis as “almost sinful,” saying countless Americans would die if he reopens the U.S. economy in May.

Pelosi made the alarmist remarks on Monday during a two-hour phone call with the Democratic caucus, according to Politico.

Keep in mind that prolonged, mass unemployment will likely kill many more Americans than the coronavirus would.

“The more misrepresentations he puts out there, the more it obscures the truth,” Pelosi said. “We have to insist upon the truth! What they’re saying is not knowledge, is not facts, is not real. And we cannot let them lie about it.”

Pelosi, whose home state of California was roiled by rampant homelessness and drug abuse before the coronavirus crisis, called the lack of national testing and personal protective equipment for hospital workers “a complete failure.”

Nancy Pelosi is still furious over her party’s failed attempt to remove Trump from office with their sham impeachment.

The Speaker is also still nursing her wounds because the Left’s Russia hoax — which Democrats invested four years in — imploded due to lack of evidence.

She groused that President Trump should not consider reopening the U.S. economy in May, saying it should remain indefinitely shut down. Meanwhile, millions of Americans have lost their jobs and are basically under house arrest.

Senior House Democrats have since called for Congress to devise its own plan to reopen the country and ignore the White House’s plans.

For weeks, Democrats and their media minions have called for an indefinite shutdown of the U.S. economy, which is cratering. Democrats claim they’re afraid that President Trump will move too quickly to reopen the country because he’s worried about a recession. (Everyone should be worried about a recession.)

President Trump announced that he will make a decision very soon about how to reopen the U.S. economy amid the coronavirus outbreak.

“I’m gonna have to make a decision. And I hope to God it is the right decision,” Trump said. “It is the biggest decision I have ever had to make.”

At this point, most Americans agree that the economy cannot remain shut down indefinitely. Doing so would cause far more harm than the coronavirus could.

Meanwhile, Democrats have openly stated that they want to exploit the COVID-19 outbreak to transform the United States in to a socialist utopia.
