Pastor Jeffress: Dems only care that their patron saint Planned Parenthood ‘is able to murder as many children in the womb as possible’

Pastor Robert Jeffress torched Democrats for their “hypocrisy” in pretending to care about women’s health and for being “anti-God.”

The Fox News contributor and pastor of the First Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas held nothing back in his scathing critique of liberals in the wake of Sen. Chuck Schumer’s incendiary remarks targeting conservative Supreme Court Justices this week.

Jeffress spoke with Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett who was sitting in as host of Fox Business Network’s “Lou Dobbs Tonight” Friday, condemning Schumer’s behavior while calling out Democrats’ love affair with Planned Parenthood.

“This shows the hypocrisy of the left,” Jeffress said after viewing the video clip of Schumer’s speech at a pro-abortion rally in front of the Supreme Court this week.

“They have criticized President Trump endlessly when he rightly questions the possible objectivity of the judge or disagrees with a decision, but here you have a leading Democrat, Chuck Schumer who is threatening Justices of the Supreme Court before the decision,” the pastor said.

Schumer warned the Justices against taking away “fundamental rights” on abortion as the high court heard a Louisiana case on restricting abortion.

“I want to tell you Gorsuch, and I want to tell you Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price! You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions,” the New York Democrat shouted, earning a rare public rebuke from Chief Justice John Roberts who called them out as “dangerous” and “threatening statements.”

President Donald Trump also blasted the Senate Minority Leader and demanded “serious action” be taken after his threat to the Supreme Court Justices.

“Let’s be clear what this terrible decision that Schumer’s worked up in a frenzy over in Louisiana,” Jeffress mocked on Friday.

“Louisiana has a law that requires doctors performing abortions to have admitting privileges to a nearby hospital in case something goes wrong with the abortion, something to help save the life of the woman,” he explained.

“And yet Chuck Schumer disagrees with that,” the pastor noted.

“Why is that? They say they care about women’s health but the truth is they don’t give a you-know-what about women’s health,” he continued.  “All the Democrats care about is making sure that their patron saint Planned Parenthood able to murder as many children in the womb as possible without restriction so that Planned Parenthood can get their blood money, $600 million last year from the federal government.”

“That is what all of this is about,” the outraged religious leader concluded.

Jarrett asked the pastor to weigh in on the recent attacks on Vice President Mike Pence for praying at the beginning of the first meeting of the coronavirus task force.

Predictably, the left mocked the photo and Pence’s faith.

“This just shows how out of touch the left is not only with God but with the American people – 79 percent of Americans have prayed in the last three months for something important in their life. And they appreciate a president like Donald Trump and a vice president like Mike Pence who believe in the power of prayer,” Jeffress said.

“Is the left anti-God? They’re not anti-God, are they against religious freedom?” Jarrett asked.

“Yes they are, they are anti-God, they are atheists if you really want to know the truth about it,” Jeffress replied.

“They say they some of them they believe in God. The God they believe in is the God of their imagination, not the God of The Bible. You can’t write that and ridicule somebody for praying and believing in the true God,” the pastor said.

“Abraham Lincoln wasn’t too proud to call upon God, George Washington, John Adams,” he contended.  “All of our nation’s forefathers, just about, prayed to God for strength and that is what made this country great. And thank God we have a president who recognized that.”
