Ivanka Trump unloaded on a CNN panel for the “disgusting” mockery of supporters of her father, President Donald Trump.
The White House adviser took to Twitter to express her outrage over a CNN segment over the weekend that has drawn intense backlash for its crass and insulting derision of Trump supporters.

“You consistently make fun of half the country and then complain that it is divided,” Trump tweeted Tuesday. “The arrogance, mocking accents and smug ridicule of this nation’s ‘Real Elites’ is disgusting.”

Among the many “tolerant” liberals who then attacked the first daughter for pointing out the obvious was George Conway, a vocal critic of the president who is married to White House counselor Kellyanne Conway.
Wait—haven’t you met your father, the ignorant, incompetent narcissistic psychopath whom you enable at taxpayer expense each day, and who frequently attacks the half of the country that recognizes he’s not, in fact, a very stable genius who makes perfect phone calls? https://t.co/eiXOAC07KM

Democrats and the left continually blame the president for polarizing the country while they themselves engage in divisive rhetoric and outright name-calling. CNN host Don Lemon, so-called GOP political strategist Rick Wilson, and New York Times columnist Wajahat Ali giggled and chuckled their way through the insulting segment and were torched for their antics.

But Ivanka Trump’s admonishment apparently set off the left who, predictably, turned on her with pitchforks and torches, as well as the inevitable name-calling.
Well, she’s gotten #NepotismBarbie trending. It’s the one thing she’s earned on her own merits.

Wow. You are the one who is mocking half the country. Do you really think half the country is as stupid as your father?
— Jennifer Taub (@jentaub) January 28, 2020
If irony wasn’t already dead, Nepotism Barbie here just smothered it with a silk pillow with this tweet.
Your father mocks Democrats, maligns journalists, and makes fun of people’s looks and disabilities on a daily basis.
GTFOOH, you feckless…https://t.co/9V8a67j1QQ

The same liberals condemning Trump would raise the cancel culture alarm if the target was a Democrat instead.
Meanwhile, Wilson who, instead of offering an apology, doubled down on his indefensible behavior and fired back at Trump with a caption-less tweet aimed at her father.

And he continued his tone-deaf self-defense with several more tweets throughout the morning Tuesday.
Someday, your children will know that their grandfather was a serial bankrupt, was duped by foreign powers, screwed porn stars, insulted war heroes, and went down in history as an impeached, corrupt scumbag.
And really, isn’t that the greatest gift of all? https://t.co/hMuA3S6s6z

My FAVORITE conceit from #UCrane from Trump fluffers goes something like this:
“Well, NOW that you’ve insulted my honor, I TOTALLY voting for Trump in 2020. I was on the fence, but you elitists pushed me to Trump!”
Uh huh. NO one who is engaged in this fauxrage was on the fence
— Rick Wilson (@TheRickWilson) January 28, 2020
Let’s also remember what this Trump-right Douchebag Ouroboros frenzy is REALLY about.
What *really* rattled Trump is that I went on the air and said he couldn’t find Ukraine on a map.
He hates being caught out on his ignorance, and *that’ is what triggered this whole thing.
— Rick Wilson (@TheRickWilson) January 28, 2020
But criticism of Wilson’s remarks continued to come in on social media.
You’re disgusting! You mocked half of America; have the decency to apologize!

Enjoy the laughs now, Rick.
We’ll enjoy November.
