Mark Levin issued a stern warning to the Republican “weak links” in the Senate as the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump got underway.
The “Life, Liberty & Levin” host slammed the Democrats for their hypocrisy but held GOP senators’ feet to the fire on doing their job and fixing the Constitution which has been trampled on by the sham impeachment process.

Democrats are destroying the Constitution, Levin argued during a segment on Fox News’ “Hannity” Thursday, targeting the five Republican senators who could cross the political divide and side with Democrats in demanding witnesses in the Senate impeachment trial.
“Now, something funny about these two articles of impeachment: there’s no Constitutional violation, there’s no statutory violation, there’s no violation of a federal court order. This is why they keep throwing up smoke,” he said.
Levin called out the GOP “weak links in the chain,” naming Senators Mitt Romney of Utah, Susan Collins of Maine, Alaska’s Lisa Murkowski, Colorado’s Cory Gardner and Lamar Alexander of Tennessee.
“Let me tell you something. You have a duty to uphold the Constitution,” Levin said. “What the House of Representatives has done here is destroy the Constitution. It’s your job to fix it.”
“It’s your job to stop them, not aid and abet by calling witnesses that the Democrats want!” he exclaimed. “No. No witnesses. No witnesses. This should be dismissed. This is a disgrace! That’s it!”
Earlier in the segment, Levin blasted Democrats and their double standards, pointing out that foreign interference in U.S. elections is the last thing they have been concerned about.
“First of all, [former President] Obama did nothing to stop the Russians from interfering in the 2016 election. In fact, the administration spied on the president of the United States when he was a candidate,” he said.
“Back in the 1990s, we had a president by the name of Bill Clinton. He was impeached, but he wasn’t impeached for what I’m about to talk about. He was running for reelection. The media really didn’t care about the scandal that broke,” Levin continued.
“There is your Democrat Party!” he exclaimed after detailing a Clinton controversy. “What did Nancy Pelosi say when the Red Chinese military was spreading millions of dollars around to the Clinton campaign, to the DNC, and all the rest? — She didn’t say a damn thing!”
He slammed the Government Accountability Office (GAO) report on Thursday that claimed Trump broke the law in regard to Ukraine while being silent over the years about actions by Obama and former Vice President Joe Biden and his family.
“He tried to blackmail the Ukrainians and he tried to threaten withholding of funds,” Levin said.
“Now, we have this guy, Lev Parnas,” he continued, referring to the indicted former Rudy Giuliani associate who has been making the media rounds trying to implicate Trump and others in the Ukraine controversy.
“Now, the Democrats want to hear from him and the media call it evidence. Evidence?” Levin remarked. “Where is Michael Avenatti today? His a** is in jail. Remember the porno star, Stormy Daniels? Where is she? No idea! Michael Cohen – remember him?…Where is he? He is in federal prison.”
Democrats have been clamoring for witnesses to appear in the impeachment trial as Republicans, under Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, have threatened against the push. Democrats have called for former national security adviser John Bolton to testify as well as Parnas, following his allegations in media appearances this week.
