President Trump warned California’s Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom to do something to fix his state’s alarming homelessness epidemic or he’ll send federal agents in to fix it for him.

Trump tweeted: “Governor Gavin N has done a really bad job on taking care of the homeless population in California. If he can’t fix the problem, the Federal Govt. will get involved!”

The homelessness crisis in California has gotten out-of-control under the negligent leadership of the state’s Democratic lawmakers like Gavin Newsom, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, and Maxine Waters.

Tent cities have popped up all around major metropolitan areas like Los Angeles and San Francisco, as human waste and drug needles litter the streets.

It’s not surprising that homelessness has spiked in Democrat-led cities in California, as well as in New York, Portland and Seattle, given that these are “sanctuary cities” that harbor illegals.

In their bid to increase their voting bloc by any means necessary, the Left refuses to acknowledge the link between mass illegal immigration and the alarming surge in homelessness among Americans.

In August 2019, a Sacramento businesswoman posted a viral Twitter video lamenting that California’s destructive, leftist policies have caused the once-thriving Golden State to crumble into homelessness, crime, and poverty.

The woman said she had to close her hair salon due to the inept policies of California’s Democratic governor. She said the human waste and mounds of trash littering the streets in front of her shop caused patrons to avoid her business.

“I’ve had a successful business in downtown Sacramento for 15 years. I have to close my shop [now]….Gavin Newsom, I was broken into 2 times in the past 6 months,” she said.

California Assemblywoman Melissa Melendez shared her own disturbing video spotlighting the tragic decay.

“This isn’t LA or even San Francisco. It’s Sacramento. Democrat policies have forced thousands into homelessness. Absolutely shameful,” Melendez tweeted.

Local activists directly blame California’s leftist policies for the homelessness epidemic that’s destroying the state.

Dr. Drew Pinsky —  a physician who specializes in combating drug addiction — warns that an infectious disease epidemic could erupt across California if lawmakers don’t do something to stem the crisis, which has caused many city streets to be covered in trash, drugs and human feces.

“We have tens of thousands of people living in tents,” Pinsky said. “Horrible conditions. Sanitation. Rats have taken over the city [Los Angeles]. We have multiple rodent-borne, flea-borne illnesses, plague, typhus. We’re gonna have louse-borne illness. If measles breaks into that population, we have tuberculosis exploding.”

As a result of lax left-wing policies that encourage homelessness and drug abuse on the streets, Dr. Pinsky said his once-beautiful home state has devolved into “a nightmare.”

Californians have increasingly started turning on their own representatives for prioritizing the interests of illegal aliens above those of U.S. citizens and lawful residents.

In 2017, a black female Trump supporter blasted Democrat Congresswoman Maxine Waters, saying her pro-illegal immigration policies have destroyed the black community.

The woman trashed Maxine Waters as a “black racist” whose rhetoric and actions have caused African-Americans to lose jobs to illegal aliens.
